目的 研究氧化苦参碱(OMT)对高交感活性诱导大鼠实验性心室肥厚的改善作用.方法 SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、OMT高、低剂量组、普萘洛尔组,各组于造模前1 w开始灌胃给药,除对照组外,其余各组均连续腹腔注射去甲肾上腺素(NE)15 d复制实验性心肌损伤模型,造模结束后检测大鼠血压指标、取材检测心室重构参数及羟脯胺酸含量,qRT-PCR法检测Notch-1信号变化.结果 OMT能够改善大鼠血压变化,降低心室重构参数及羟脯胺酸含量,改善Notch-1信号变化.结论 OMT对高交感活性诱导的实验性心肌肥厚有显著的改善作用,可能与降低Notch-1信号的mRNA表达有关.
目的:研究狭叶崖爬藤对大鼠实验性急性心肌梗死的保护作用,旨在为狭叶崖爬藤研发提供实验基础和理论依据.方法:采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支6h建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型.血流动力学指标分析心功能;心电图检测J点位移;全自动生化分析仪测定肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine kinase isoenzyme MB,CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(Lac-tic dehydrogenase,LDH)含量.HE染色观察大鼠心肌组织病理形态学变化.结果:狭叶崖爬藤100 mg/kg组能明显改善大鼠冠脉结扎后诱发急性心肌梗死心功能的紊乱,抑制心肌梗死大鼠心电图J点位移的升高,降低心肌梗死大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH含量,改善急性心肌梗死所致的心肌组织间质水肿.结论:狭叶崖爬藤对大鼠急性心肌梗死的血流动力学具有明显的改善作用,可对抗心肌损伤,对心肌梗死具有一定的保护作用.
目的:研究橄榄油对高血脂症大鼠的辅助降血脂作用.方法:将大鼠随机分为橄榄油高、中、低剂量+高脂饲料实验组和单纯高脂饲料对照组,分别于喂养前后测定其TC、TG、HDL-C水平.结果:高、中、低剂量组均有一定的辅助降血脂作用.结论:橄榄油能够辅助预防大鼠高血脂症.
Objective: To investigate the enriching blood effect of Aleppo avens.Methods: Blood loss was used to establish an acute hemopenia mouse model.Hemoglobin(Hb) and red blood cells(RBC) were measured on the 9th day administration after treatment with different concentration of Aleppo avens respectively.Results: Compared with the beginning of administration,the levels of Hb and RBC in every groups of Aleppo avens have a significant increased(P<0.01),compared with the model group,the two levels in every groups of Aleppo avens have a significant increased(P<0.01).While compared with the angelicae-radix group,the two levels have a decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Aleppo avens has an enriching blood function.
