目的实现医院门诊就诊患者信息的高度共享,优化服务流程,提高服务质量。方法采用纯软件技术进行门诊分诊叫号系统的设计与实施,分析系统的主要功能和实现方法。结果解决了病人就诊时排队无序、医生工作量不平衡、环境的嘈杂等问题。结论该系统能规范门诊医疗秩序,合理调配不同部门、不同医生及护理人员的工作,优化服务和工作环境,提升服务效率和质量,缩短患者的就诊时间。
