为提高医疗绩效评价水平、提升医院内涵质量和医疗服务效率,我院结合江西省医院管理绩效评价平台的数据及全省分析结果,进一步加工利用,深入查找问题并加以改进,切实加强以病案首页质量为重点的病历质量管理,不断提升医院信息化建设水平.利用数据仓库及E-chart技术,开发DRGs数据查询系统,全院上下紧密联动,建立、执行各部门沟通协调机制.通过培训考核,借助信息技术,持续改进绩效评价工作方法,提高评价工作质量与效率,医院各项指标呈良好发展趋势.将DRGs评价工具与信息技术相结合,持续改进DRGs绩效评价方式,使病历书写质量明显提高,大大加强了首页数据质量.
居家癌痛患者的疼痛控制水平远低于住院患者,其管理是癌痛全程管理中的薄弱环节.通过组建多学科协作团队,构建基于BYOD移动信息化技术的癌痛全程管理系统平台,能够实现医院信息系统资源的有效整合和工作流程的优化.通过推行个案管理对癌痛患者实施高效、同质化的全程管理,改善患者生活质量,实现癌痛患者的"无痛人生".
疼痛是癌症患者最痛苦的症状之一,然而,目前居家癌痛患者的管理仍然不尽如人意.如何有效控制居家癌痛患者的疼痛,从而最大限度地提高癌痛患者的生活质量是临床工作中亟待解决的实际问题.随着移动信息化技术的日益成熟,利用新型通信设备对癌痛患者进行管理成为可能.本研究通过构建基于BYOD技术的癌痛全程管理系统,能够对患者的癌痛管理实现高效的全程监控和实时调整,并实现实时诊疗咨询、网络会诊及宣教培训等功能,使癌痛患者能够获得理想的个体化诊疗服务.这种新的管理模式能够成为传统医疗模式的有效补充,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To solve the problem of poor circulation of blood glucose information between diabetic patients and doctors, especially the non endocrine departments with Internet and the Internet of things technology. Methods In this study, we take Investigation method, quantitative analysis and information research method to analyze the need of diabetes management of our hospital, combined with the Internet and networking technology to achieve real-time acquisition, upload and save the patient's blood sugar information, all-weather PC and mobile terminal critical warning. Besides, with the help of communication technology and large data analysis techniques for processing optimization of structured and unstructured data, make prediction and simulation, and provide accurate and intuitive dynamic data for physicians, to help them make reasonable management plan for patients. Results Compared with the traditional blood glucose management model, the blood glucose data collected in the two groups were 20s faster. After the implementation of the blood glucose information management system in January 2016, the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes or hyperglycemia decreased by 18.8%. Conclusion The blood glucose information management system has helped to promote the establishment of hospital blood quality management standards, obtain the high quality of hospital blood glucose data, and realize the sharing of the blood glucose data quality, real-time dynamic tracking control.
目的 探讨图像识别系统联合二维码技术在全自动单剂量摆药机中的应用.方法 采集病区口服拆零药片裸片图像并进行数据整理,IT中心整合至HIS系统建立药品图像识别系统;依托现有HIS系统使摆药机工作时将患者用药信息自动转换成二维码.药师护士核对时扫描二维码显示药片图像,进行药品的核对调整.结果 图像识别系统使用后提高了药学服务质量和满意度.结论 图像识别系统联合二维码技术优化了全自动摆药机的应用.
The objective: develop a real-time communication system so as to achieve the integration of the various application systems,and to enhance the collaboration between different departments,as well as the reliability,confidentiality during information transmission,and to improve the response capabilities. Solution:It uses dual message queue mechanism to deal with the whole hospital's SOCKET news,one is responsible for receiving messages and the other is for forwarding messages.The presetted message protocol makes the transmission reliable and efficient in the hospital network.Defining different message numbers can distinguish different messages and encrypt the sending messages.The system can prioritized the message according to the urgency degree.Conclusion:In health care communications,there are applications for patient critical value processing,hospital alarm,surgery for collaborative arrangements,etc.in the systems.It improves responsiveness of the staff and reduces waiting time for the patient.It also increases synergies between different departments.It has achieved a very good performance.
Objective To explore and design quality assessment system of optimal medical service based on the BYOD and the SERVQUAL theory.Methods All items of medical service were quantified based on the theory of ERVQUAL to build a service bridge between patients and the medical team and at the same time change the traditional manual approach into a network assessment mode supported by information device.Results With the aid of BYOD technology and theory of SERVQUAL, a set of accurate service quality assessments system were built, and medical personnel could communicate with the patients timely and effectively through the system;to make comprehen-sive analysis of the hospital and to improve the quality of medical services continuously.Conclusion BYOD infor-mation technology combined with the theory of SERVQUAL can help enhance the quality of medical service and patients'satisfaction, improve staff quality and update concept and mode of service, optimize the hospital management and ultimately enhance the level of information management of medical service.
目的:建立一套完整的指标体系,并通过数据库平台进行采集,在信息平台上予以呈现。方法采用数据库技术,抓取并转换医院管理系统、MHIS系统、LIS系统、PACS系统中的数据,整合“三甲”复审指标、医院质量监测指标、卫生网络直报指标、科室管理指标,架构、设计数据库平台。结果数据库平台使医疗质量指标采集更加规范有序,指标集中呈现,在平台内可进行综合查询与分析。结论数据库平台的应用既提高了统计工作效率,又保证了数据的完整性与准确性,还能为管理层提供科学决策支持。
采用当今先进的云终端技术及其产品,在对门诊排队叫号系统的流程和需求进行分析的基础上,开发一套全新的门诊排队叫号系统。缩短了病人在看病过程中所遇到的挂号、付费、检查、化验、取药等过程的排队时间,提高了服务效率,改善了服务质量。该系统不仅方便了患者和工作人员,而且具备开发成本低、拓展性强,突破了传统开发模式受硬件安放位置限制的约束。
目的 研究运用医院信息化管理网络,综合护理工作量、护理工作质量及护理满意度建立信息管理平台,以实现护理绩效到个人的科学、准确、精细管理.方法 利用目前医院信息化网络管理的条件,引入权重的概念,将护理工作量化,护理质量考评及患者评价均纳入信息统计软件中,再依据准确的数据进行绩效分配.结果 实现信息化管理,科学合理构建绩效考核,提高了护理工作量,提高了护理工作质量,提高了患者满意度,提高了护理人员对绩效分配满意度及工作积极性.

Conclusion Application of certiifcate management modular is worthy of application and dissemination in many departments such as hospital pharmacy, apparatus departmeng, pharmaceuticals company, apparatus company, drug manufacturing enterprise and so on.
目的:应用信息技术,建立起新的医院内部交流方式、组织核心的责任义务分配,增加管理广度,减少管理层级,建立以病人为中心、结果为向导的医疗流程网络系统。方法:根据卫生部临床诊疗规范和医院自身管理的要求,开发嵌入式临床路径软件,功能包括:路径定义、选择、变异情况管理、结果分析评估、症状收集以及历史临床路径管理等功能。结果:临床路径管理模块不是对以往纸质临床路径模板的简单改良,而是通过深化临床路径软件功能实现了临床路径的职能化管理。结论:基于HIS系统的临床路径模块的开发和应用,可提高医疗质量、护理质量,缩短患者住院日,降低患者医疗支出,提高病床周转率,提高医院的核心竞争力,为医院的可持续发展打下良好的基础。
目的:为提高医院感染管理质量、传染病疫情报告数据的准确性和及时性,减少专职人员的工作量.方法:用计算机网络技术将各科室联接成一个区域网,开发一套功能强大的医院感染监测和疫情直报计算机网络信息管理系统.结果:各科室的数据由本科室医师录入到统一的数据库中,提高了数据的准确性和及时性,并且能及时地将最新动态信息、各种统计资料和结果分送到各科室计算机中,供医务人员随时了解医院感染、传染病疫情报告基本动态,提高监控意识.结论:这套系统大大提高了感染管理专职人员的工作效率和工作质量,简化了工作流程,可实时监控医院感染、传染病疫情报告,具备一定的推广价值.
<正>我院是一所三级甲等医院,担负着全市50%的诊疗量和60%的危重病人的救治任务,医务人员的工作强度较大,患者就医等待时间长,因此,进一步提高工作效率和服务质量,显得极为迫切。为优化就医流程,提高医疗质量,为群众看病提供更大的方便,我院自主开发研制电子处方系统,并从2009年1月起开始应用。该模式极大地提高了医务人员的工作效率和工作质量,现将一年多来的工作实践和体会与同行探讨如下:
Objective With the application of network information technology,it's necessary to change traditional patterns and methods of quality control of medical records in order to lessen work links and reduce human disturbance,which is benefit to summarize and analyze for improvement of work efficiency. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on quality control and deficiencies of running medical records and filed medical records using quality control software of medical records developed independently by hospital HIS system platform. Results After running of system,work intensity of quality control personnel was reduced with management standardized and work efficiency improved. Conclusion With sufficient utilization of HIS network resources,taking strengthening link quality control as the guidance,medical records quality is improved based on quality control system,quality control methods and system construction.
