Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Sini San combined with acupuncture in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony.Methods:97 cases of pregnant vomiting patients with the pattern of liver-stomach disharmony were randomly divided into the observation group (49 cases) and the control group (48 cases).The observation group was treated with modified Sini San combined with acupuncture, and the control group was treated with Sini San alone.The clinical efficacy after medication, the TCM syndrome integral, and serum levels of β-HCG before and after medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in terms of β-HCG level and TCM syndrome integral betwe the two groups before medication(P>0.05);after medication, the TCM syndrome integral and serum β-HCG levels of the observation group {(7.21± 0.84), (210 168±9 420.25)Mlu/ml} improved more than those in the control group {(13.15±0.67), (201 535±9 625.06) Mlu/ml}, in which there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Sini San combined with acupuncture has a good clinical effect for pregnant vomiting with liver-stomach disharmony, it can obviously improve the symptoms of pregnant women without toxic reaction or side effect for mother and fetus;therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction in treating pregnancy evil.Methods: 100 patients of pregnancy evil were selected from Jun 2013 to Jan 2015,according to the principle of randomization,patients were divided into control group (western medicine routine treatment) and observation group (western medicine routine treatment jointed Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction),while 50 cases in each group.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results: The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of pregnancy evil by the combination of Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the course of disease and reduce the recurrence rate,and can significantly promote the embryo development.
