Objective To explore the experience of establishing porcine coronary artery stent-implanted model .Methods In 35 miniature pigs undergoing anesthesia , the femoral arteries were inserted 6F or 7F sheath and the suitable guiding catheters and guiding wires reached aor-tic sinus.When the guiding catheter reached appointed part of the right /left coronary artery , the drug-eluting stents were implanted for 10~13 s.While the implanting finished , the angiog-raphy was taken.The antibiotics were used in following 3 days, and accompanying with oral as-pirin or clopidogrel to avoid coagulation .Results Twenty-nine models were established suc-cessfully, and 6 cases died(29/356, 82.9%), among which 4 cases died of ventricular fibril-lation(VF), 1 of asphyxia and infection respectively .Conclusion Miniature pigs are unique animal models to mimic the procedure of the coronary artery stent implantation .
目的:通过测定急性脑梗死患者血浆中白介素-8(IL-8)的水平,探讨IL-8在急性脑梗死发生发展中的作用。方法:检测96例临床确诊急性脑梗死患者(研究组)与30例健康体检者(对照组)的IL-8水平,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:急性脑梗死患者发病48h内,IL-8异常率为66%,研究组IL-8为(46.05±25.54)pg/ml,与对照组(26.46±12.67)pg/ml比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者发病48h内,IL-8水平明显增高,说明炎症反应参与了急性脑梗死的发生和发展,提示今后针对免疫炎性反应进行干预可能是急性脑梗死治疗的一个新途径。
目的分析颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)的病因、临床特征,建立早期诊断的影响因素。方法回顾性分析60例CVST的临床资料。结果 60例病例中好转51例,自动出院8例,死亡1例。结论高度怀疑CVST尤其是围产期或长期口服避孕药的育龄期妇女,应尽快完善腰穿、脑CT、MRI+MRV检查,必要时行DSA检查。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Xingnaojing injection on the expressions of both the protein of IL-1β and the mRNA in the experiment intracerebral hemorrhage rats.METHODS:Referenced by Zou's method and Rosengerg method,rat intracerebral hemorrage model was established and the model rats were then divided into normal group,model group and Xingnaojing group.The pathological changes in all the groups were observed and the expressions of the protein of IL-1β and the mRNA were detected after medication.RESULTS:In Xingnaojing group as compared with model group,the cells arranged regularly,the edema degree was lessened,the inflammatory cells were less;the disorganization of plastiosome was less severe,synaptic structure was clearer.The expressions of both the protein of IL-1β and the mRNA were all lower than in the model group.CONCLUSION:Xingnaojing injection can relieve the cerebral edema and inhibit the expression of IL-1β of the brain tissue surrounding the hematoma in intracerebral hemorrhage rats.
目的 测定急性脑梗死患者血浆的超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP),探讨其在急性脑梗死发生发展中的作用.方法 临床确诊急性脑梗死的患者96例,按发病时间分成四组,在入院第2天清晨空腹抽取外周静脉血,利用全自动特种蛋白仪,对Hs-CRP水平进行定量检测;健康体检者30例为对照组,利用同样方法进行测定;对检测结果进行统计学分析.结果 脑梗死患者发病48 h内,血浆Hs-CRP异常率77%,数值为(16.44±10.27)mg/L,与对照组(3.66±1.32)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.764,P<0.05).结论 脑梗死患者发病48 h内,血浆Hs-CRP水平明显增高,说明炎症反应参与了急性脑梗死的发生和发展.
Objective:To study the cause of disease,dangerous factors and clinical features of Senile Cerebral Infarction (SCI).Methods:The clinical data of 156 aged patients were retrospectively studied and statisticaliy analyzed.Results:The com- monest cause of SCI was arteriosderosis(90cases,57.6%),and the next was primary heart diseases (43cases,27.5%).The main risk factors were hypertension,hyperglyceridenia,smoking,heavy alcoholic and family history tendency of cerebral infarction.Clinically, males' incidence rate was obviously higher than females';SGI inddence rate than that of adult and young patients.Conclusion: In order to reduce the SCI incidence,the causes of SCI should be found out as early as possible,actively preventing different risk factors,thoroughly treating the disease.
