The status of Liaoning population aging and its impact on the restructuring of industry were analyzed.The positive and negative impacts of population aging on economic society,especially on the industrial structure,were expounded.Specific measures were proposed for the adjustment of the industrial structure of Liaoning,those are: developing aging industry,speeding up the adjustment of agricultural structure,transforming traditional industries with high technology,vigorously developing the tertiary industry.

现代物流业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。随着辽宁经济的快速增长,发展现代物流有很好的前景。本文从辽宁省与环渤海地区的比较优势,辽宁自身的交通网络优势、产业集聚优势三个方面对辽宁省现代物流业的发展潜力进行了分析,说明辽宁发展现代物流业的潜力是巨大的。
