中风又称脑卒中,是全球的常见病.在中国,该患病率与地域相关,呈北高南低,中部突出的分布情况,中部地区患病率最高,其次为东北部地区,分别为 1549. 5/10万和1450. 3/10万[1].由于现代生活压力的加大和饮食习惯的影响,患病人群也日渐年轻化,不再局限于中老年[1].中国脑卒中的致死率居高不下,长期居于世界的第三,病愈后多再次发作,常遗留有肢体残疾.痉挛性瘫痪是其最常见的临床症状,常在患病的3周内出现,出现率高达90%[2],是临床康复的重难点.其临床症状主要表现在肌肉僵直、肌张力明显增高、腱反射亢近、病理反射出现,严重影响患者的正常生活质量[3].笔者采用电热针手法对中风后痉挛性瘫痪进行治疗,并与普通针刺治疗进行对比,现将结果报道如下.
Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion on the proliferation of neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia- reperfusion in rat models.Method The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was developed by using modified Zea-Longa method. Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomized into group A (sham-operation group), group B (model group) and group C (moxibustion group). Each group was then further divided into 4 sub-groups according to different time points: 3 d, 7 d, 14 d, and 21 d, 6 rats in each sub-group. For each group, Baihui (GV 20) and bilateral Taiyang (EX-HN 5) were selected to study. The proliferated cells were marked by intraperitoneal injection of BrdU, and TTC staining and HE staining were adopted to detect the pathological changes of brain tissues after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Immunohistochemical method was used to dynamically detect the positive expressions of BrdU and Nestin cells in DG and SVZ zones at different time points, and microscope image analysis was taken to study the positive expressions.Result The neurological deficit score in group C was significantly lower than that in group B at each time point (P<0.05). The neurological deficit score in group C was significantly different from that in group B at the same time point (P<0.05). Moxibustion can up-regulate the expression of BrdU in SVZ and DG, and the increase started from the 3rd day and reached the peak on the 7th day. The increase of BrdU expression in group C was more significant than that in group B (P<0.05). Moxibustion can up-regulate the expression of Nestin in SVZ and DG, and the increase started from the 3rd day and reached the peak on the 7th day. The increase of Nestin expression in group C was more significant than that in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can remarkably promote the recovery of nerve function and the proliferation of BrdU and Nestin after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.
Objective:To investigate the effect of moxibustion on endogenous neural stem cell differentiation in rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion,to clarify the mechanism of action of moxibustion in the treatment of cer-ebral ischemic stroke, and to provide theoretical basis for moxibustion therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:72 Wistar rats were prepared by modified thread embolism of middle cerebral artery focal cere-bral ischemia reperfusion model ( MCAO model) ,and they were randomly divided into a sham operation group, a model group and a moxibustion group.Every group was subdivided into 3d, 7d, 14d, 21d 4 time points and at each time point there were 6 rats.The intraperitoneal injection of Brdu was used to label proliferating cells. The ratsˊ“Baihui, Taiyang( double)” points were selected to conduct the experimental study.TTC staining and HE staining were used to understand brain ischemia and pathological brain tissue perfusion changes.Apply im-munofluorescence technique, BrdU/GFAP, BrdU/NSE double staining.Microscopic image analysis system was used to analyze the positive results.Results:In moxibustion group at each time point neural function defect score was compared with that of the model group and the score was decreased with a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .At the same time point neural function defect score in the moxibustion group was compared with that in the model group,and there was a significant difference ( P<0.05);moxibustion could promote the increase of BrdU/GFAP, BrdU/NSE positive cells after cerebral ischemia injury, reaching the peak after 3 days.There was a significant difference compared with the model group and sham operation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion can significantly promote the recovery of neural function in rats with cerebral ischemia after reperfu-sion;moxibustion can promote the expression of brain tissue of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion BrdU/GFAP positive cells, BrdU/NSE positive cells, showing that moxibustion can promote neural stem cells into neurons and glial cell differentiation.
目的:综述了保妇康栓的有效成分含量测定的研究进展,为保妇康栓质量标准的进一步研究提供参考。方法根据国内外有关文献,从莪术油、冰片的化学成分、含量测定等几方面进行综述。结论保妇康栓可通过测定莪术油中莪术醇、莪术二酮及冰片中的龙脑、异龙脑含量的方法,达到质量控制。
目的:探讨参花雷火灸法对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎炎性相关因子IL-1β、TNF-α含量的影响,明确参花雷火灸法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制,为参花雷火灸法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎提供新的理论依据。方法:选用Wistar大鼠,通过大鼠前列腺蛋白提取物化学修饰成分结合免疫佐剂皮内注射制备大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物组、雷火灸组,正常组与模型组不做任何处理,4周后用生理盐水灌注取前列腺组织。阳性药物组于造模3天后,用塞来昔布250 mg/(kg·d)灌胃,连续给药4周。雷火灸组取穴:关元、中极、次髎、下髎穴,采用参花雷火灸施灸,每天1次,每次10 min,连续灸4周后,取大鼠前列腺组织。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测大鼠前列腺组织中IL-1β、TNF-α的含量。结果:与模型组大鼠前列腺组织中IL-1β、TNF-α含量比较,治疗各组均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与阳性药物组前列腺组织中IL-1β、TNF-α含量比较,参花雷火灸组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参花雷火灸治疗能有效降低慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型前列腺组织中IL-1β、TNF-α的表达水平,从而改善局部免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,从而达到治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的目的。
