OBJECTIVE To explore the application of PDCA cycle management mode in continuous quality improvement of the central sterile supply department and further strengthen the central sterile supply quality management so as to ensure zero defect of the sterile supplies.METHODS The quality control management team was established,the PDCA cycle management responsibility system was implemented,the PDCA cycle management approach was employed to set up the key points of the quality control,the PDCA cycle improvement program was developed to constantly improve the systems;the PDCA group was implemented the PDCA cycle management mode in Nov 2011,while the control group was not implemented the PDCA cycle management mode from Nov 2010to Oct 2011,there were 96pieces of data in each group,then the satisfaction rate was compared between the two groups.RESULTS After the implementation of the PDCA cycle management mode,the satisfaction rate of the clinical departments was 97.9%in the PDCA group,significantly higher than 91.7% of the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05);the qualified rates of the hand hinge,monitoring of disinfectant concentration,cleaning and disinfection of surgical equipments,cleaning and disinfection of pipelines,rust removal,sterile supplies of the PDCA group were respectively 99.0%,95.5%,98.0%,97.5%,97.0%,and 100.0%,significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Through the application of PDCA cycle management model and the implementation of comprehensively continuous quality improvement,the overall quality of the CSSD staff,service quality,and quality of the sterile supplies have been substantially improved.
Objective Design a new type of opening device,which is applicable to all kinds of ampoule,and it is a kind of device which set disinfection,cutting,particulate removal and break off functions,all molded into one.Method The device for silica gel material fingerstall type structure,closed at one end,the other end open.The fingerstall wall on a proper position of a wheel and a group of grinding wheel position at a 90 degree angle to cross the sterilized cotton.When opening the ampoule,extrusion fingerstall,sterilized cotton and grinding wheel will fold,can complete the ampoule neck disinfection,cutting,Particulate removal,reak off steps.Result It can realize the standardized operation target of opening the ampoule.In the process of opening the ampoule,liquid medicine can not be polluted,and the advice can avoid wounding incident to the greatest extent.Conclusion The opening device has the advantages of safety and reliability,simple structure,convenient operation,low price and easy maintenance.And it has a good application prospect.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the transplantation of homologous acellular dermal matrix in oral mucous wound.Methods Forty-six patients with oral soft tissue wound were selected.The wound was covered with homologous acellular dermal matrix.The survival rates and histological changes were observed.Results All the wounds grafted healed very well without any suppuration,bleeding or infection under the grafted mucous membrane.No obvious immune rejection was seen.The survival rate of the homologous acellular dermal matrix was 95.40% .No difference was found between mucous epithelium and graft epithelium for 4~6 months.Conclusion This kind of homology acelluar dermal matrix can be widely used to cover oral mucous soft tissue wound.
