高校思想道德修养与法律基础课担负着对大学生进行思想政治教育的重任.为增强教学实效性,改变以往包班式教学、直线灌输、师生互动性不足等教学状况,从教学理念的倡导、教学内容的设计、教材方法的运用、教学材料的选取、教学语言的表达、教学环境的控制六个方面着手,增强该课程的教学实效性与科学性.
随着中国改革开放和市场经济的深入发展,人们的劳动价值观出现了多元化取向。受“金钱至上”和“享乐主义”思想的侵蚀,一部分人对劳动价值观的认识产生了偏差,在思想和行动上都背离了“劳动最光荣”的核心价值观。要抵御和消除“不劳而获”和“投机取巧”的劳动价值观对人们思想的负面影响,重塑“劳动最光荣”价值观,必须完善劳动保障机制,保障劳动者合法权益,实现劳动分配的公平公正,营造体面劳动的社会氛围;必须加强劳动价值理论的灌输和教育,丰富劳动价值观内涵,提升劳动者素养,以确立对“劳动最光荣”价值观的认同,重塑“劳动最光荣”的核心价值观。
随着时代的发展和人们消费心理的变化,近年来,中国传统节日民俗出现了庸俗化的倾向.这些庸俗化的节日民俗不仅破坏了节日民俗活动本身优秀的文化价值,造成了社会资源的浪费,也扭曲了普通大众关于传统民俗文化的价值取向,助长了社会的不良风气.对此,应通过坚持民俗的多元化价值观与主导价值现相协调、抵制物质利益驱动、处理好传统节日的封闭性文化价值和社会开放性文化价值的冲突、强化传统民俗节日文化的伦理建设等,使传统节日民俗活动回归本真的价值内涵.
In order to explore the suitable seedling raising method in current production condition,the rice cultivar Gui-Liangyou-2 was used to investigate the effects of seedling raising methods on growth of rice seedlings,which included seedlings raised on dry bed(A1),seedlings raised on woven cloth with dry bed(A2),seedlings raised on plastic trays with dry bed(A3),seedlings raised on woven cloth with moisture bed(A4) and seedlings raised on plastic trays with moisture bed(A5),all of which were treated by applying and not applying seedling strengthen agent.The results showed that the seedling growth status of moisture-raising seedlings(including A4 and A5),especially in A5 was dramatically better than that of dry-raising seedlings(including A1,A2 and 3)in the early season.Meanwhile,the seedling growth status of dry-raising seedlings(including A1,A2 and A3),especially in A2 was dramatically better than that of moisture-raising seedlings(including A4 and A5) in the late season.Under adversity condition,the dry-raising seedlings(including A1,A2 and A3),especially in A2 has a superior chill tolerance and high temperature tolerance in the early season and late season.In addition,applying seedling strengthen agent could promote seedling growth and enhance chill tolerance and high temperature tolerance of rice seedling.The interaction between seedling raising methods and application seedling strengthen agent was more significant for the seedling growth in the early season than in late season.In the present study,the most suitable seedling raising method was A2 with application of seedling strengthen agent.
In the present study,the sugarcane cultivar ROC22 was used,and three nitrogen rates treatments were conducted by pot planting in grennhouse to investigat the effects of nitrogen application rates on nitrogen utilization and fate at elongating stage.Results showed that almost 15%~27% of total N was supplied by fertilizer,and 73%~85% came from soil and seed-stem.The efficiency of fertilizer was 21.78%~26.75%,N-fertilizer residue ratio was 61.24%~69.85%,and N-fertilizer loss was 8.37%~12.02%.In addition,with the enhancment of nitrogen application rates,the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen as well as the proportion of N from N-fertilizer in sugarcane increased obviously.The uptake,residue and loss amount as well as residue ratio of N-fertilizer were also increased significantly,while uptake ratio and loss ratio of N-fertilizer decreased significantly,the distribution of nitrogen and dry matter in stalk displayed a dropping trend.The results also indicated that the N-fertilizer distribution in soil layer of 0~20 cm increased significantly when the nitrogen application rates was increased,but which in soil layer of 20~40 cm decreased significantly.
In the present study,the rice cultivar Gui-Liangyou-2 was used to investigate the effects of seedling raising methods on rice plant growth and yield in the late season of 2011,which including seedlings raised on dry bed(A1),seedlings raised on woven cloth with dry bed(A2),seedlings raised on plastic trays with dry bed(A3) and seedlings raised on plastic trays with moisture bed(A4),all of which were treated by applying and not applying seedling strengthen agent.Results showed that the plant growth of A2 came in the first with a more vigorous status,which including a higher speed of seedling standing,a higher speed and number of tillering as well as a higher dry matter weight,while A3 and A1 as well as A4 were lower in order.The yield of A2 was the highest,A3 and A1 as well as A4 were lower in order.Meanwhile,application seedling strengthen agent promoted the growth and enchanted the yield components and grain yield of rice.The results also indicated that there was interaction significantly between seedling raising methods and application seedling strengthen agent on the yield components and grain yield of rice.Based on plant growth and yield character,the most suitable seedling raising methods was A2 with application seedling strengthen agen in the present study.
以冬种马铃薯品种费乌瑞它为试验材料,进行4种不同冬种马铃薯栽培方式的比较试验,探讨不同覆盖物对冬种马铃薯产量等的影响。结果表明:翻耕的出苗期最早;不同处理中以免耕覆盖稻草8cm的总产量和单株产量最高。因此,生产上采用免耕稻草覆盖8cm或免耕覆盖稻草2cm后盖玉米秸秆栽培方式,可提高马铃薯的产量。
