为筛选出适用于马尼拉草坪的除草剂,选用5种常用的除草剂(2甲4氯钠、2甲·唑草酮、精喹禾灵、草铵膦和莎灭组合)开展除草对比试验.结果表明,苯氧羧酸类除草剂2甲4氯钠、2甲·唑草酮、莎灭组合对双子叶杂草有比较显著的防效,对马尼拉草无明显影响;苯氧羧酸类除草剂对莎草科杂草有明显的灭杀效果,但是并不能使香附子的地下块茎死亡;精喹禾灵的作用效果较差,喷洒后禾本科杂草、双子叶杂草都仅出现了叶尖黄化,并没有枯萎,药效过后杂草长势恢复;采用草铵膦喷施于草坪中禾本科杂草的根部,见效快、灭杀彻底.
施教之功,重在引导,贵在启发。教师在教学中要善于引导学生积极思考,大胆质疑问难,敢于探讨、创新,并且留给学生充足的时间质疑、发问,把质疑、释疑贯穿课堂教学的始终,这样才能活跃学生的思路、拓宽学生的思维,达到提高教学质量的目的。那么如何引导、激励学生大胆质疑、发问、探讨呢?根据二十多年来的教学体会,笔者是这样进行引导、激励的。

Outbreak of Enteromorpha prolifera brings large pressure to environment of ocean and city.Nutrition of Enteromorpha prolifera is very rich,it contains rich sulfated polysaccharide,it is a kind of great value seaweed resources.The yield-increasing effect of Enteromorpha prolifera seaweed fertilizer on cabbage was studied.The results showed that the yield-increasing effect of liquid state about Entromorpha prolifera seaweed fertilizer on cabbage was 15.6%,the proportion of powdered fertilizer was 7.4%.It had no significant difference with seaweed fertilizer of kelp as a new type of seaweed fertilizer,it was suitable to popularize in the production.
In the experiment,winter potato variety Favourite was used as material and the effects of three different mulch on the yield and quality of potato in rice paddy was studied.The results showed that the emergence rate of potato under traditional cultivation was the highest,the yield and the commodity rate of potato under no-tillage and covering rice straw which thickness was 4 cm before covering black plastic was the highest.Moreover,all mulch treatments had obvious effects on the total sugar,protein content,reducing sugar and starch content.In all treatments,sugar and protein contents in potato under traditional cultivation were higher,while the reducing sugar and starch contents under no-tillage with straw and corn straw were higher.

广西农业职业技术学院植物保护专业在学院的大力支持下,开展新一轮的教学改革,增加投入,构建适于工学结合的高职植物保护实践教学体系,在05、06、07级植物保护专业逐步实施。实行工学结合后,全面提高了教学质量,突出了学生的实践能力培养,学生的实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创业能力得到了很大提高,取得了较好的教学效果。文章对广西农业职业技术学院植物保护专业在工学结合模式下的实践教学体系进行探讨。
The effects of six mulching treatments on agronomical characters and yield of no-tillage potato were studied in the paper.The result indicated that straw mulching plus plastic membrane had significant effects on seedling growing trend,plant height,crown width,dry weight and yield per plant of no-tillage potato.Among the six treatments,the germination rate,average plant height,crown width,dry weight and yield per plant were the best for treatment 3;the economic output was the highest for treatment 5;the rate of green potato was the lowest for treatment 6;the rate of rotten potato was the lowest for treatment 3;and the rate of commercial potato was the highest for treatment 6.
The outside and inside microclimate in plastics greenhouse with three common structures in southern area of Guangxi in winter were studied for providing scientific guidance to agricultural production and greenhouse management. The results indicated that the relative illumination of the three big awnings were in the range of 70%~80% which were negative correlation with the volume of big awning. The increased daily mean in awnings were 1.3~3.2℃, but a minor temperature reversal in single-shelf at 18:00 to 6:00 with 0.3~0.9℃ was observed. The daily range of inside was 2.3~7.9℃ higher than that of outside. The ground of 0~20cm soil layer raised 3.2~3.5℃, but the inside ground daily range of at 0 cm was warmer than that of outside in -11.4~1.4℃ which was also negative correla- tion with the volume of big awning. The daily range of inside was normally lower than outside, except in single or 3 multi-span awing with cloudy weather. The daily average relative humidity in the awning was 3%~23% higher than outside which was a positive correlation with the volume of big awning. The relevance equation about the illumination, and air humidity inside and outside of awning at 150 cm height was established by the data analysis.

以冬种马铃薯品种费乌瑞它为试验材料,进行4种不同冬种马铃薯栽培方式的比较试验,探讨不同覆盖物对冬种马铃薯产量等的影响。结果表明:翻耕的出苗期最早;不同处理中以免耕覆盖稻草8cm的总产量和单株产量最高。因此,生产上采用免耕稻草覆盖8cm或免耕覆盖稻草2cm后盖玉米秸秆栽培方式,可提高马铃薯的产量。
培养学生作文自改能力是作文训练的重要方法.多年的教学实践让笔者认识到,只有根据学生心理特征的发展规律,改进作文批改、评讲方法,学生的表达能力才能得到提高,作文训练才能收到理想的效果. 一、借助榜样力量,激发学生自改动机 教学中,曾碰到这样的情况,教师把作文本子发下去要求学生自改作文,收起来的却是原封不动;开展作文集体评改活动,学生常常也是反应冷淡.之所以出现这种情况,一是学生没有体会到修改作文的好处;二是存在某种害怕的心理,有的把自改作文当作是一种精神负担,有的不相信自己能改得好.针对这种消极、畏难的心理,运用榜样示范对小学生自改作文是起到重要作用的.实践中,笔者是这样做的:
The microclimate characteristics of plastic greenhouse in the winter in southern area of Guangxi is studied. Mi- croclimate condition in the winter was observed in the plastic greenhouse. The microclimate characteristics in the inside and outside of the plastic greenhouse were analyzed. The results showed that transmittance was 70%-80% in the awning, and was high in the overcast days, low in the sunshine days. The daily average temperature increased 1.3-1.9℃ equally in the awning, The highest temperature increased 3.9-8.4℃, The lowest temperature increased 0.8-1.3℃, The diurnal range inside was 2.7-7.1℃ higher than outside, The temperature reversal is 0.2-0.9℃ inside the plastic greenhouse in the fair days and the cloudy days night. In awning 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 cm various soil layers ground temperature average warming 2.8-3.6℃. The surface maximum temperature in the cloudless days and in the greenhouse was 0.1-3.6℃ higher than out- side, while the lowest temperature was 2.2-5.2℃. The diurnal range inside was -5.1-2.2℃ higher than outside. There was temperature reversal at 12:00 p.m. Inside the plastic greenhouse in the fair days. The average relative humidity inside was higher than outside 10%-23%. The research provided the scientific basis for the instruction agricultural production and the big awning management in winter.
高职蚕桑技术人才培养在广西尚属尝试阶段。为了培养适销对路的、适应现代蚕业生产、建设、管理、推广、经营、服务第一线需要的高技能人才,我们在教育教学过程中,对人才培养方案设计、课程体系构建、实践教学组织管理、师资队伍建设、思想品德塑造、职业技能鉴定等方面进行了深入实践和大胆改革;提出了高职蚕业人才培养中存在的主要问题及解决措施。
In the experiment,winter-planting potato variety Feiwuruita was used to compare the effects of four different cultivation modles on the soil temperature,moisture and yield formation.The results showed that for all treatments,in emergence stage different soil lager temperature of conventional model was the highest;in seedling stage,the treatment of no-tillage cover straw and no-tillage cover straw + black plastic rear cover was the highest.The soil moisture content of no-tillage cover straw was the most stable.The emergence rate of conventional model was the highest.The weight of dry matter yield of no tillage cover staw was the highest.Therefore,the cultivation methods of no-tillage cover straw or no-tillage cover straw + black plastic rear cover could improve potato production significantly.

[目的]研究夏季不同结构塑料大棚的小气候变化特征,为指导农事生产及大棚管理提供科学依据.[方法]以大棚附近裸地为对照,对单栋、三连栋、六连栋3种结构塑料大棚内外的夏季小气候进行了为期14 d的观测,同时对晴天、阴天、多云3种典型天气状况下3种结构塑料大棚的小气候特征进行了分析.[结果]大棚相对照度为54%~79%,其值大小与大棚体积呈负相关;棚内日平均气温增温1.1~3.8 ℃,但晴天夜间单栋大棚气温会出现轻微的"温度逆转"现象;棚内气温日较差高于棚外4.0~10.2 ℃;0~20 cm土层地温平均增温1.6~3.4 ℃;棚内地温日较差大于棚外2.6~13.9 ℃,其值大小与大棚体积呈负相关;棚内日平均相对湿度低于棚外1%~5%,但全天各观测时次棚内减湿与增湿现象并存,白天以减湿为主,夜晚则出现增湿现象.通过数理分析,建立了棚内外150 cm光照、气温、空气湿度的相关方程.[结论]夏季单栋、三连栋、六连栋3种不同结构塑料大棚小气候特征差异显著,这种差异在晴天、阴天、多云天3种典型天气状况下并不相同.

本文结合高职蚕桑技术专业工学结合的实践,探讨了适合种植类专业特点的工学结合新形式、新内容和新路子,提出了工学结合"三阶段"(工学结合预备阶段、工学结合成长阶段、工学结合成熟阶段)、"三时期"(工学结合依托期、工学结合断乳期、工学结合独立期)的新观点。
