Objective To restructure curriculum design in higher vocational nursing education in order to provide a basis for curriculum reform.Methods Totally 24 experts were chosen to carry on three-round expert questionnaire consultation by Delphi method.All consultation results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.General information,positive coefficient and authoritative degree for the experts were recorded,and the degree of concentration and coordination of the three-round experts' opinions were compared.Results The experts had good authoritativeness and representative(authority coefficient of the experts was 0.8376),and the experts were high enthusiasm for the subject.The experts' opinions were concentrated(Kendall's W0.5).According to the three-round experts' opinions,we restructured curriculum design in higher vocational nursing education.Conclusions Curriculum design was restructured by using Delphi method,which provided a theoretical basis for curriculum reform in higher vocational nursing education.
Clinical practice teaching is a necessary stage for training qualified medical students.With the change of iatrical environment and the increasing of patient self-protective awareness,traditional clinical skill training that directly uses real patient as subject is gradually facing unprecedented challenge.How to ensure the quality of clinical practice teaching has been a severe problem at this situation.
Objective:to research the effect of PBL teaching method applied in clinical cases discussion in clinical practice to train medical students’ clinical skills.Method:In clinical cases discussion PBL was applied in 03 grade undergraduates’ internship to train their clinical skills;a contrast was made with the score of clinical cases discussion group in which PBL was not used.Result:The score of PBL used in clinical cases discussion group is higher than that of the control group.
