妊娠糖尿病系高危妊娠,严重危害母儿的健康,部分孕妇出现糖尿病并发症如妊娠高血压综合征、酮症酸中毒、巨大胎儿、死胎及死产、产科感染率增高等,但在分娩后糖尿病的临床表现均逐渐消失,在以后的妊娠中又出现,分娩后又恢复,部分患者在数年后可发展为临床糖尿病.我们近来收治2例妊娠糖尿病并发严重脓毒血症患者.现将诊治情况报道如下.

[Objective]To investigate the effect of rubarb combined with artificial controlled mechanical ventilation therapy in the treatment of patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome(ARDS).[Methods]60 patients with ARDS were randomly divided into control group(n=30)treated with the comprehensive treatment mainly composed by artificial controlled mechanical ventilation and treatment group(n=30)treated with added rhubarb based on conventional treatment,and compare the curative effect between 2 groups.[Results] In all the patients,52 cases successfully recovered,8 cases died,and 4 cases suffered from complications.Comparing with the control group,the treatment group with added rhubarb could shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation.[Conclusion]Rubarb combined with artificial controlled mechanical ventilation therapy can help to effectively reduce the treatment time of the patients with ARDS.
