目的 应用解剖学无纸化实验考试方法并进行调查分析.方法 将前期解剖学资源体系作为题库基础,建立和应用无纸化考试方法,并对180名学生进行无纸化测试和问卷调查.结果 绝大多数学生认为无纸化考试方法考点明确清晰、软件操作方便、考试更加客观公正而且考试环境更好,希望应用此种方式.结论 基于资源体系建设的解剖学无纸化实验考试改革具有诸多优势,有很强的现实意义和拓展价值.

The integration pattern of combining anatomy and clinical practice has received extensive attention in medical education at present.More advantages were shown when we used Authorware to develop test software.Based on the idea of integrated clinical anesthesia anatomy,the authors discuss the intelligent experiment test software regarding integrated test bank,random selection of test items and automatic control.
