Based on JN-QD natural gas pipeline as an example, according to the type and frequency of the period 2010-2014 Management Office of cathodic protection system failure, classifies and discusses on the cathodic protection system failure. According to the characteristics of all kinds of faults, the cathodic protection fault is divided into three categories: direct effects, indirect effects, interferential effects, respectively put forward different solutions to the three types of fault.

在深水气田开发过程中,传统的乙二醇再生工艺没有脱盐除杂质过程,导致再生装置出现严重的腐蚀结垢问题.介绍了一种国外广泛应用的新型乙二醇再生工艺方法:将含盐乙二醇溶液在真空下蒸发,得到无盐的乙二醇贫液.该工艺极大地缓解了腐蚀结垢问题,但由于高温、负压、氯离子等因素的影响,新型乙二醇再生装置的腐蚀结垢问题依然存在.由此,指出腐蚀抑制剂的正确选用是解决腐蚀结垢的首要因素,提出了防腐剂的选用原则.乙二醇再生装置腐蚀问题的解决,不仅可以延长管道及设备的使用寿命,而且促进新型乙二醇再生工艺在国内广泛应用.
