为评价高原地区黄羽肉鸡、青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡的生产性能,选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡、青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡各3 000只,相同条件下饲养17周后出栏,测定每周的增重和生长速度.结果显示,黄羽肉鸡、青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡统一管理条件下饲养17周,累计料重比分别为2.03∶、2.77∶1、2.91∶1;1~17周龄黄羽肉鸡的累计成活率为96.3%,明显高于青脚麻鸡的累计成活率(90.3%)和黑麻鸡的累计成活率(90.2%),青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡成活率无明显差异;黄羽肉鸡、青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡的出壳重差别不显著,饲养17周3个品种的相对生长速度无明显差异,黄羽肉鸡的绝对生长速度高于青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡.试验结果表明,黄羽肉鸡的增重、各阶段的料重比和生长速度等生产性能优于青脚麻鸡和黑麻鸡.
探讨棘豆对小鼠体内氧自由基代谢的影响.将40只小鼠分为2组,分别灌服黄花棘豆水煎液和生理盐水0.25 mL/只,连灌40d.末次灌胃后断头处死,取出有关组织脏器,测定SOD、MDA、GSH-Px等指标.结果表明,与对照组小鼠相比,试验组小鼠心脏中的SOD含量显著升高(P<0.05),其他组织中SOD活性差异不显著;心脏、肾脏中的MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05),其他组织中MDA含量差异不显著;心脏、肾脏中的GSH-Px活性均显著升高(P<0.05),其他组织中GSH-Px活性差异不显著.说明棘豆对小鼠具有一定的抗氧化、抗衰老作用.
大量资料显示,集约化养殖场中禽源大肠杆菌耐药现状比较严重,这可能与饲料中添加药物制剂或原料药有关[1-3].青海省偏远山区家禽的养殖主要以散养为主,没有使用药物及添加饲料的经济条件,都采用传统的饲养方式,家禽大量接触药物的可能性很小.为了进一步了解在这种饲喂方式下养殖的禽类体内大肠杆菌的耐药情况及其与省外其他地区存在的差异,本试验对青海山区禽源大肠杆菌的耐药性进行了探讨,旨在为该地区合理用药、有效防治禽大肠杆菌病提供理论依据.
Eight healthy sheep were randomly divided into two experimental groups,and feed with Stellera chamaejasme powder in the doses of 2.5 g/kg or 5 g/kg everyday,and their blood routine indexes were de-tected before and every four days after experiment.The results showed that the weight of all the sheep were decreased significantly during the experiment period,and all sheep began a does-dependent diarrhea manner since the eighteenth day of experiment.The red blood cells (RBC),hematocrit (HCT),hemoglobin (Hb) of all sheep did not change significantly (P > 0.05 )throughout the trial period.The white blood cells (RBC)of high dose group began to decrease significantly since four days after the test (P <0.05),but it increased (P >0.05)after 20 days later.The sheep weight of low dose group began to decreased significant-ly (P <0.05)since the eighth day of experiment,and the sheep weight of high dose group began to de-creased significantly (P <0.05)since the twelfth day of experiment.
