Objective To investigate the relationship between intraocular pressure(IOP) and ocular axial length and retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods The IOP of affected and fellow eyes of 56 patients with RVO were measured with Canon TX-F Full Auto Tonometer.The axial lengths of affected and fellow eyes with RVO were performed with A-scan ultra sonography.The control group consisted of age-and sex-matched 98 patients with cataract.Results The affected eyes with CRVO had a significant lower IOP compared with the fellow and control eyes(P<0.01).The affected eyes with BRVO had not significant difference compared with the fellow and control eyes(P>0.05).The difference in axial length between the eyes with CRVO and the eyes in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in axial length between the eyes with BRVO and the control eyes was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Short axial length is one of the risk factor for CRVO and there was a reduction of IOP in eyes associated with CRVO.The short axial length is not a risk factor to BRVO and there was not a reduction of IOP in eyes with BRVO.
AIM: To investigate the feasibility and saftety of superficial anesthesia in combined trabculectomy on glaucoma. METHODS: Combined trabeculectomy on glaucoma with superficial anesthesia was conducted in 81 eyes of 58 patients. Its anesthesic effect and complications in and post operations were observed. RESULTS: The operations were successfully completed with satisfactory analgesic effect in the group of patients. There were no serious complications in the operations. CONCLUSION: Superficial anesthesia have significant anesthesic effects for combined trabeculectomy on glaucoma. It is a simple, safe, and convenient choice of anesthesia.
近年来,荧光素及吲哚青绿眼底血管造影在Ⅱ型糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的应用.其中包括将荧光素及吲哚青绿血管造影用于早期诊断非增殖期、增殖前期、增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变及糖尿病黄斑病变的诊断与分型等.毫无疑问,应用荧光素及吲哚青绿眼底血管造影技术能更透彻理解糖尿病视网膜病变,并能增加其诊断的准确率.
Objective The research about the fundamental conception, usual examined and calculating formula of AC/A ratio. Method The AC/A ratio in 10 cases whose vision is mormal or approximately normal in age from 15 to 36 were measured by Heterophoria method. Far gradient method and synoptophore method. Results The author found the examined results by these usual methods were not unity and contrary to clinic observation, therefore the author analysesed the fundamental conception of AC/A ratio and checked calculation formula of these methods by mathematics so found cause of the differences, while discussed practical value of these methods. Conclusion The author also designed new calculation formula for far gradient method and synoptophore method that the fixing eye of adding lens gaze at the front. Finally the author explained pathogenesis and cause of accommodative concomitant esotropia with a new conception.
目的:探讨高压氧(hyperbaric,oxygen,HBO)对缺血性视神经病变(ischemic optic neuropathy,ION)的疗效.方法:我科门诊ION患者38例45眼,用HBO联合药物治疗.随机选择36例42眼同期ION病例为对照组,单纯采用药物治疗.结果:试验组总有效率为82%,对照组总有效率为40%.χ2=16.08,P<0.005.结论:早期应用HBO治疗能使细胞免受缺氧损害.
1病例报告 男,74岁.双眼远视力大幅度下降并内斜5a,失明且内斜加重2a.患者自10岁开始近视,逐年加深.20岁时双眼都已戴-20.00DS的近视镜方可看清中等远处,未行任何治疗.近5a来双眼视力逐渐下降并内斜但不严重.近3a来视力明显下降且出现较大幅度内斜.要离眼3~5cm才能模糊看到目标.近2a来视物不见,行动困难.检查时见其依杖被他人扶入病房.睑裂开大,角膜部全部被磁白的巩膜代替,全身其他器官未见异常.眼部情况:双眼光感不确定.为双结膜囊内点表麻剂后,用牙镊将右眼勉强可拉至内斜约20°状态.在该斜位状态下的瞳孔前方测得光感3m.定位确切.红绿色觉正常.左眼虽被向正位牵拉,但瞳孔外缘仅达内眦上下泪小点连线处,视力为眼前2m光感、定位不能,红绿可辨.通过牵拉可看清双眼瞳孔内晶状体全混浊.做B超提示双眼轴29.8mm,双玻璃体混浊.因双眼瞳孔近内眦角.故双睑裂中央偏内起始向外结膜下为粉红色的外直肌.其诊断为双眼固定性内斜视、双眼老年性白内障、双眼高度近视.入院后先手术矫正内斜.按常规剪开内外眦球结膜.
