对野生黄花菜花蕾主要营养和功能成分含量进行测定分析,为开发利用野生黄花菜资源提供营养理论基础及参考依据.以2种野生黄花菜('WT1'和'WT2')为材料,采用常规测定方法,对花蕾中多个品质指标进行定量比较分析.结果表明:野生黄花菜'WT2'花蕾中脂肪、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C及β-胡萝卜素的含量显著高于'WT1',而粗纤维和维生素E的含量,两者无明显差异;除Na和Cu外,其余6种人体必需的矿物元素在'WT2花蕾中的含量显著高于'WT1'.'WT2'花蕾中含有16种氨基酸,包括7种人体必需氨基酸,其所含的人体必需氨基酸达到8.58 mg/g,'WT2'花蕾中多酚和黄酮的含量显著高于'WT1'.因此,野生黄花菜'WT2'是一种营养价值较高的食用花卉.
研究300、400、500、600、700倍稀释液10%大蒜素微乳剂对西瓜炭疽病的防治作用,室内药效和盆栽药效试验结果表明:不同倍数稀释液10%大蒜素微乳剂处理对西瓜炭疽病均有一定的防治效果,室内菌丝生长速率法测定其对西瓜炭疽病菌的抑制率分别为89.80%、76.00%、61.03%、51.63%、14.97%;室内离体叶片接菌鉴定其抑制率分别为81.81%、64.02%、59.10%、51.14%、1.82%;盆栽接种的防治效果分别为91.17%、75.72%、61.68%、43.53%、4.56%.由此可见,生产上使用10%大蒜素微乳剂300~500倍液能有效控制西瓜炭疽病害蔓延发展.
对湖北红安县试验示范的子莲—元胡水旱轮作栽培模式进行总结,分析了该模式技术要点和特点,该模式不仅提高子莲田冬闲期利用效率,而且有效克服元胡连作障碍,经济效益明显,具有一定示范推广价值.
The effects of six different stock varieties on growth,cucumber yield and quality of Jinyou 1 (a cucumber variety) grafted cucumber seedlings were studied to provide a reference for selecting suitable stock varieties in grafting cultivation of cucumber.Results:The sound seedling index and chlorophyll content of the grafting seedlings are higher than the own-rooted seedlings significantly and the soluble sugar,Vc and soluble protein content in cucumbers of the grafted seedlings is higher than the own-rooted seedlings.The membership function comprehensive analysis indicates that the yield of Jinyou 1 cucumber seedlings grafted on Liangliwang and huangjindadang varieties increases significantly and Liangliwang variety can improve cucumber quality obviously.In conclusion,Liangliwang variety is more suitably used in grafting cultivation of Jinyou 1.
研究了不同的基本培养基及不同细胞分裂素对西瓜上胚轴不定芽发生和出芽数的影响.结果表明:MS培养基比其他几种培养基更适宜于西瓜组织培养;6-BA高浓度和低浓度对芽的分化作用不明显,当6-BA的浓度达到2.0~3.0 mg·L-1时,能显著促进不定芽的形成;KT对芽的分化作用不明显,当KT浓度高时,能促进根的分化,当浓度超过3.0 mg·L-1时,对芽的分化表现出抑制作用;西瓜带全子叶、带半片子叶和不带子叶上胚轴培养对不定芽的发生有影响,前二者形成的不定芽数显著地多于后者.
