应用型人才培养是独立学院又好又快发展的出路之一。现阶段，独立学院高度重视应用型人才培养，取得了一定的成绩。但是存在教师队伍不稳定、人才培养缺乏特色、课程体系不完善、教学质量保障机制不健全等问题。本文基于应用型人才培养目标，分析人才培养存在的问题，探索符合应用型人才培养的对策。

毕业实习是本科培养的重要环节,本文对独立学院加强实习教学管理方面进行了一些实践和探索,结合中山大学新华学院的实际,对独立学院的实习教学管理的问题及对策提出了看法。
