为毕节市烤烟生产及病虫害综合防控提供依据,在分析贵州烤烟病虫害防治现状的基础上,对毕节市烤烟主要病虫害种类及其绿色防控技术进行综述.
Tobacco bacterial wilt was caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. It was a worldwide disease and difficult to control. Tobacco bacterial wilt mainly spread through soil and effected on to-bacco yield and quality seriously. There were a lot of researches on bacterial wilt control, but there were still many prob-lems, biological control of tobacco bac-terial wilt was a hopeful approach. Four aspects of biological control of plant bacterial wilt research were reviewed in this paper to provide guidance, including bio-control strains, avirulent bacteriocin producing strains, induced resistance and transgenic plants. Biological control of tobacco bacterial wilt need compre-hensive prevention but not only rely on a biological control factor.
[Objective] The purpose was to study the metabolism rule of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco materials from different elevation,and discuss the internal physiological changes during its growth period.[Method] High,middle and low three elevations typical tobacco leaf production area in Bijie Region was as follows: Jinsha County in low elevation area(840 meters),Dafang County in middle elevation area(1 430 m),Weining County in high elevation area(2 100 m).Single factor randomized block design was used with three repeated.[Result] The results indicated that after transplanting 50-95 days,the metabolism rule of the chemical compositions of the flue-cured tobacco leaves from different elevations were not completely same.Thereinto,in low elevation,tobacco leaves' chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,violaxanthin,xanthophyl,β-carotene,amino acid content and sugar alkali ratio showed a linear downward trend;In middle elevation,tobacco leaves' amino acid content showed a linear downward trend,while sugar alkali ration and chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,violaxanthin,xanthophyl,β-carotene content firstly increased then decreased;In high elevation,tobacco leaves' sugar alkali ration,and xanthophyl and β-carotene content showed a linear downward trend,while chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,violaxanthin content firstly increased then decreased,amino acid content firstly decreased then increased finally decreased.After transplanting 95 days,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid and amino acid content of tobacco leaves had positive corelation with elevation;reducing sugar content and sugar alkali ration had negative corelation with elevation;starch and nicotine content were the most medium in low elevation,while too high or too low in high and middle elevation.In the different altitudes,the change law of neoxanthin,reducing sugar and nicotine content of tobacco leaves in different elevation was same,thereinto,neoxanthin content firstly increased then reduced,reducing sugar content showed a linear decrease trend,nicotine content increased steadily,but starch content's change law was different.[Conclusion] The study provides a reference for confirmation of distinctive tobacco leaves' quality in different elevation ecological region of Bijie City.
Based on the tobacco-planting region of China,the biological characteristics of tobacco black shank and related reports,the potential suitable establishment and prevalent areas of tobacco black shank in China were analysed and predicted by using Geographic Information System.The results indicated that 38 counties and cities of 10 provinces and autonomous regions,especially the southwest tobacco region,where the average ground temperature is greater than or equal to 25℃ during the period of transplanting and resettling stage,were the optimum establishment areas of tobacco black shank..80 counties and cities14 provinces,where the average monthly humidity is greater than or equal to 80 percent,or the average monthly temperature is greater than or equal to 20 centigrade and its average monthly rainfall is greater than or equal to 50 mm during the period of transplanting and resettling stage,were the optimum prevalent areas of tobacco black shank.The prediction of its potential suitable establishment and prevalent areas were consistent with the fact.
The 3% Acetamiprid emulsion was applied in tobacco fields to investigate the effect of controlling Myzus persicae during 2005 to 2006.The results showed that the control effect of the insecticide with 2500~3000 times was above 95% at 15d after application,and the effective time of the insecticide could continue 30 to 45d.The insecticide is safe for natural enemies of Myzus persicae such as Chrysopa sptempunctata,Metasyrphus corollae,Coccinella sptempunctata,Aphidius gifuensis.
