在中医诊断的望闻问三诊中,大小便情况是其诊察的重要内容.在中医治疗过程中,调治大小便的治法逐渐被广泛运用.大小便作为人体排泄的代谢物,生理上相互关联,病理上互为影响,临床治疗上相互为用.

酒精戒断综合征(alcohol withdrawal syndrome,AWS)是指由于长期酗酒引起的各种精神症状或躯体功能紊乱.其病理机制尚未明确,目前治疗多为对症处理而缺乏治本之策.本文认为酒精戒断综合征与湿热、络脉在生理病理上相关,从湿热入络理论着手,以祛络脉之湿热治疗此病证,取得较满意的疗效.

Restless legs syndrome( RLS) was one of the feeling obstacle of lower limbs and the activity of the lower limbs symptoms im-proved feeling motility disorders. At present, the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis was not yet clear ,symptomatic treatment for treat-ment was lot,but we lacked the etiological treatment . This article set out to the RLS from the relationship of the heart and spleen and restless leg syndrome,and think both exist on physiological and pathological correlation. So tonifying heart and spleen therapy the RLS can get a good curative effect.
