2023年10月28—29日,北京大学图书馆举办"纪念北京大学图书馆建馆125周年·图书馆引领的信息文化国际学术研讨会",来自海内外近百所高校的图书馆馆长及馆员代表,北京大学相关部门负责人、学生代表以及图书馆新老馆员代表等近200人参加.会议紧扣"图书馆引领的信息文化建设""图书馆与中华民族现代文明""数智时代高校图书馆转型发展"等多项议题展开研讨交流.文章综述了与会专家的学术报告及前沿思考,探究高校图书馆新时代下信息文化建设、智慧化数字化建设等方面的发展内涵、探索路径与未来趋势.

The competition of intellectual property is becoming increasingly fierce.As one of the main fronts for scientific research and technological development, colleges and universities have become an important force in the construction of a powerful country in intellectual property and science and technology.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the work of intellectual property information services.This study investigated the research status and service status of intellectual property information services in universities, and summarized the research content, service status and remaining deficiencies.This study analyzed the case of the intellectual property information service platform of Peking University to summarize the service framework, construction process, sub-modules, characteristics and effects, which provided the practical path and future outlook of using online service platform for the whole process of the intellectual property rights to help improve the intellectual property information service system in universities.The intellectual property information service platform of Peking University is an innovative measure for promoting the integration of intellectual property information service work into the whole chain of intellectual property creation, utilization, protection, management and service in universities.

在知识产权强国建设背景下,以学校管理层的需求为目标驱动,对高校专利竞争力进行详细分析,对于帮助学校科学决策、提高专利质量、促进专利成果转化运用具有重要意义.文章以北京大学图书馆专利竞争力分析服务为例,从高校专利竞争力分析的概念、特点、研究现状、工作机制、指标体系、分析方法、实施成效和未来展望等方面总结高校专利竞争力分析的方法与实践,以期为更多高校图书馆开展此类服务提供参考.

分析我国高校知识产权信息服务的现状及制约发展的因素,调研国外高校知识产权信息服务经验,提出当前我国高校知识产权信息服务应该致力于制定统一的高校知识产权信息服务标准规范,建设"一站式"高校知识产权信息服务平台,开展专利申请前评估和专利导航等深层次知识产权信息服务,助力高校知识产权高质量创造、高效益运用、高标准保护和高水平管理.

[目的/意义]探究借用众包模式汇集读者智慧,建设高校图书馆书评资源在理论和实际上的可行性,并提出具体实施建议.[方法/过程]结合统计分析进行实证研究,围绕3个问题对高校图书馆用户进行调查:①用户对网络及本地书评资源的使用及看法;②激励措施及校园社交关系对用户参与书评建设意愿的影响;③怎样的激励措施更加行之有效.[结果/结论]论证本地图书馆书评资源建设的可行性,得出书评系统中用户群培育及书评资源积累策略,对完善书评系统功能提出建议.

ResearchGate and other online academic communication websites provided more convenient and efficient platforms for scientific research and academic communication. In this paper, we chose Beijing Normal University as a representative, collected the data which can relfect the behavior of researchers from the ResearchGate. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the usage status and behavior characteristics of the researchers. Moreover, the correlation between academic impact point and indicators such like publications, views, downloads, citations were also analyzed. The ifndings were described as follows: ifrstly, there are a lot of ResearchGate users in Beijing Normal University while the activity of the users was not high; secondly, different departments or different discipline backgrounds has different usage, however, there are overlapping phenomena on research topics; ifnally, there is a polarization of the users in this case.

Based on the review of the related work on interdisciplinary of LIS, it collects the research paper published on the Journal of Library Science in China and the Journal of Information Science in Chinabetween 2003 to 2012.Then it codes the keywords, authors and their co-authors' afifliations according to the discipline type. Based on that, it discusses the interdisciplinary characteristics of LIS research work. Finally, it suggests some directions in future study.
