The competition of intellectual property is becoming increasingly fierce.As one of the main fronts for scientific research and technological development, colleges and universities have become an important force in the construction of a powerful country in intellectual property and science and technology.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the work of intellectual property information services.This study investigated the research status and service status of intellectual property information services in universities, and summarized the research content, service status and remaining deficiencies.This study analyzed the case of the intellectual property information service platform of Peking University to summarize the service framework, construction process, sub-modules, characteristics and effects, which provided the practical path and future outlook of using online service platform for the whole process of the intellectual property rights to help improve the intellectual property information service system in universities.The intellectual property information service platform of Peking University is an innovative measure for promoting the integration of intellectual property information service work into the whole chain of intellectual property creation, utilization, protection, management and service in universities.
在知识产权强国建设背景下,以学校管理层的需求为目标驱动,对高校专利竞争力进行详细分析,对于帮助学校科学决策、提高专利质量、促进专利成果转化运用具有重要意义.文章以北京大学图书馆专利竞争力分析服务为例,从高校专利竞争力分析的概念、特点、研究现状、工作机制、指标体系、分析方法、实施成效和未来展望等方面总结高校专利竞争力分析的方法与实践,以期为更多高校图书馆开展此类服务提供参考.
随着我国社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,不健康生活方式日益突出,心血管疾病对我国国民健康的影响越来越显著。尤其是随着医疗水平的进步,人口老龄化进程的加速,心血管疾病发病率进一步增高,已经连续多年位居我国城镇居民死亡构成的首位 [1]。我们团队连续4年对上一年我国心血管基础研究领域的优秀工作进行总结,在前几年的基础上,今年我们将重点介绍的42篇论文主题与所在期刊进行了匹配,以期揭示期刊发文特点。另一方面,我们扩大检索范围,将筛选出的424篇高水平文章作为分析对象,利用文献计量学的手段分析海量关键词之间的关联度、中心性,希望揭示研究热点。综上,我们一方面希望帮助研究者相互了解研究进展,为后续的课题设计和选择投稿期刊提供参考;另一方面,希望促进基础医学研究、临床医学研究、公共卫生研究和药学研究等的紧密合作,为各类疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供创新空间。
高等院校是国家科学研究的重要阵地,知识产权保护在科技创新活动中发挥了关键作用.文章调研了部分高校专利服务的现状,提出整合资源建立高校一站式专利服务体系的设想,指出图书馆应从人才储备、资源建设、服务内容等方面为专利服务体系建设做好准备.
[Purpose/significance] Since 2002, universities have been carrying out international evaluation of disciplines aiming to comprehensively evaluate the development situation and improve the international competitiveness of specific discipline. As an important information service department, the university library plays an active role in the process of international evaluation.[Method/process] Based on a thorough understanding of the characters of the international evaluation, the third party evaluation report was structured by bibliometric method and oriented by user demand. This paper introduced in detail the benchmarking institution choose, basic data acquisition and evaluation index layout,providing an accurate reference for the evaluation. By taking the Peking University Library's report of the international evaluation (pharmaceutical science) as an example, this paper introduced the writing process.[Result/conclusion] The third party evaluation report for international evaluation generated by Peking University library, objectively analyzes the scientific research layout, development trend and influence of the evaluated institutions/disciplines, and offers detailed comparison with the corresponding international benchmarking institutions to illustrate the competitiveness of the evaluated universities among the international peers. In the future, libraries should take full use of their advantages in information services, expand objects of their service, and provide objective, reasonable and scientific analysis reports with a third-party perspective to assist various evaluations.
2018年10月24-25日,北京大学图书馆举办“纪念北京大学图书馆建馆120周年·用户导向的信息服务国际学术研讨会”,并同期召开了“第四届全球高校东亚图书馆国际论坛”“第十二次中文文献资源共建共享合作会议”.来自美国、加拿大、新加坡等国以及海峡两岸暨香港、澳门的专家学者和图书馆界代表350余人参加了会议.会议就大学图书馆的“价值、使命和未来发展”“学科建设导向的信息服务”“用户需求导向的信息服务”以及“数字人文”“特色资源建设与文献资源共建共享”等研究热点进行了大会交流和专题讨论.此文对50余位发言人的报告进行综述和分析,总结此次研讨会的学术成果,探索大学图书馆的未来发展趋势.
β肾上腺素受体作为重要的G蛋白偶联受体家族成员,在血液循环、代谢调节、肌肉收缩和舒张中都具有重要的作用.在心脏中,急性激活β肾上腺素受体能够促进心脏功能,持续性激活β肾上腺素受体在心脏重构的病理生理过程中具有重要作用.心脏中的β肾上腺素受体包括3个亚型:β1肾上腺素受体、β2肾上腺素受体和β3肾上腺素受体.文章重点讨论了β1和β2肾上腺素受体二者在心脏中不同甚至截然相反的作用.在此基础上,提出基于β肾上腺素受体信号转导亚型特异性的心衰治疗新方法.
