Objective To explore the prognosis factor of patients with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza.Methods To analysize manifestation and treatment of 6 cases with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza.Results 6 cases with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza recovered through active anti-virus and mechanical ventination treatment.Conclusion Anti-virus and mechanical ventination treatment can improve the prognosis of patients with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza.

[目的]探讨无痛结肠镜单人操作方法.[方法]采用丙泊酚注射液静脉麻醉,行无痛结肠镜单人操作单人操作技术.[结果]132例肠镜检查中,有127例插至回盲部,21例进入末段回肠,所有病例均无穿孔、出血等并发症发生,插至回盲部成功率96.21%.[结论]在麻醉睡眠情况下进行结肠镜单人操作,受检病人始终处于放松状态,易于接受,并省时省力,值得临床进一步推广.
