针对"海图学"的课程特点,制订了"海图学课程设计"的教学内容及实作方案.通过学生应用课堂所学的理论知识、IHO相关国际标准、专业软件等,培养他们创造性思维和实践动手能力.从多年的实际教学效果看,达到了课程建设的预期目标.
由于各种历史原因,国内目前只有少数高校开设了海洋测绘专业.与海洋测绘专业的其他主干课程一样,《海图学》教学一开始就面临着师资薄弱、缺少教材和经验等多面的困难.经过几年的教学实践,在课程建设策略、教学内容设置及教学方法等方面收获了一些经验和成果,以期通过分享和相互交流,来促进课程的深入改革和创新,并藉“重点课程建设项目”的契机,力争创建精品课程.
利用遥感手段快速准确地提取海岸线,是目前海洋科学研究、地形图测绘、海道测量、海岸带与海岛调查等工作的重要内容.本文以基岩海(岛)岸线为研究对象,在对机载LiDAR点云数据的存储格式、处理流程进行了分析后,基于平均大潮高潮面和激光反射强度,利用TerraSolid软件过滤LAS格式的LiDAR数据,初步获得海岛点云,随后引入Alpha Shapes模型算法自动提取海岛岸线并同步实现了噪音点的剔除.经与高分辨率卫星影像叠加对比分析,本文方法提取的海岛岸线平面精度较高,且具有良好的自适应性、速度快、稳定性高等特点,非常适合基岩海(岛)岸线提取与绘制.
计算机在大学生学习、娱乐中占有重要地位,体现了大学生对计算机的喜爱与认可;专业课程教学中往往较少的应用计算机,不能有效的利用计算机提高学生的学习兴趣和增加计算机的相关知识。在课堂教学中,采用计算机结合应用知识,带动学生学习,提高学生的学习兴趣,提高学生计算机编程,也促进学生的就业。
Aimed at solving the problem of registration of 3D laser multi-view scanning point cloud,this paper presents a new synchronization registration approach based on the spatial similarity transformation principle.Firstly,the original transformed parameters are figured out between each survey station and reference coordinate system with the Rodrigues matrix,then adjustment is made according to the relationship of survey stations so as to get the adjusted transformation parameters by means of synchronization registration model put forward in this paper and realize multi-view point cloud synchronization registration.Finally,the registration results verify the algorithm put forward in this paper by the target-based registration tool in Realworks Survey software.The precision of the coordinate transformation model and the error source of the point clouds registration were analyzed through a comparison with Realworks Survey software registration.The results show that the program of 3D laser multi-view scanning point cloud data synchronization registration is feasibility and practical.
针对海洋测绘这个非计算机专业,程序设计教学内容所占比重较大,但是存在着程序设计语言、开发工具不一致,教学课时相对较少、学生恐惧编程等问题,经过认真调研分析,提出相应对策,提高教学质量。
The principles,methods and its application of quadratic error measure in the model to simplify the data processing are described.According to its flaw,a weighted thinking is introduced,well handels with the graphical surface model triangle pattern impacting on the original method.The experiments and precision analysis show that the accuracy of the proposed algorithm is more than traditional one,and could keep more feature points.
According to tranditional single-axis seching method's flaws,a improved single axes searching method is used to gain the information of K-nearest neighbors of the points reserved,simplifies the other points according to the curvature and the proportion of reserved points in their K-nearest neighbors.The sesult shows that the method can quickly and effectively simplify the point cloud data at the same time to maintain the original features.
