骨转移癌是恶性肿瘤的晚期表现,据报道其发生率为30%～70%[1].它的主要症状是转移灶局部持续性隐痛或剧痛,以往常用麻醉药暂缓症状或放射止痛,效果往往不理想.2000年6月～2001年12月,我科采用了氦氖激光静脉内照射加骨膦这一综合方法,治疗骨转移癌58例,治疗期间给予精心护理,使患者疼痛得到明显缓解,无病理性骨折及高钙血症发生,现报道如下.
目的:应用氦氖激光联合博宁治疗鼻咽癌多发性骨转移的疗效观察.方法:选择已确诊的鼻咽癌多发性骨转移癌58例随机分为两组,对照组:单用博宁组;实验组:博宁+氦氖激光血管内照射组.结果:对照组疼痛显效率为23%;实验组产痛显效率为56%.经统计学处理两组之间有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:实验组止痛效果明显优于对照组.经精心护理,本组病例治疗期间无发生高钙血症或病理性骨折.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) comprehensive treatment on rediation encephalopathy.Methods 39 patients with radiation encephalopathy were treated with ILIB,50 min/per time, once a day for two courses of treatment, based on the drug therapy.35 cases were only treated with drug therapy as control group.After 3 months,the efficacy in both groups was evaluated and compared.Results In ILIB group ,3 cases were cured and the total effective rate was 74%.But the total effective rate in control group was only 40%.There was obvious difference in both groups(P0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that ILIB combined with drug treatment can obtain better efficacy in the treatment of radiation encephalopathy.
