目的:对人工驯化栽培的堇叶碎米荠进行生物学观察和营养成分分析,为蔬菜类新食品原料开发提供科学依据.方法:采用形态分类学和扫描电镜观察,描述和鉴定栽培植物;分析比较、大棚和露地补(富)硒栽培样品的营养成分.结果:栽培植物为堇叶碎米荠(Cardamine violifolia O.E.Schuiz),其花粉粒为橄榄球状,大小为13.48~ 16.72 μm×33.45 ~ 36.77 μm;干品中水分、还原糖、粗脂肪和粗纤维含量分别为7.10% ~ 7.44%、3.7%~5.55%和8.0% ~ 15.7%,含有较低的粗脂肪(0.82%~1.9%)、较高的蛋白质(17.0% ~21.5%),氨基酸总量可达13.38% ~ 14.07%,并含有丰富的钙、磷、铁、镁和锌等人体必需等常量和微量元素;正常补硒栽培硒含量为78.9~129 μg/100 g,符合食品安全要求.结论:堇叶碎米荠的食用部位为抽苔期的嫩茎叶,可制成干品粉末后筛分去掉粗纤维可作为补硒的食品新原料.
An orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction technology of EGCG from tea production waste,and to sepa-rate and purify the Epigallocatechin-3-gallate by macroporous resin.The results showed the optimal conditions for separation and purification were: D101 macroporous resin, the concentration of sample was 20.0 mg/mL, the volume of sample was 4.5 times of column volume, flow rate was 1.5 BV/h 20% ethanol for elution, elution velocity was 0.5 BV/h while elution vol-ume was 4.0 BV.

In order to increase the production and quality of the raw lacquer, the growth of the Lacquer tree was studied. Prepared the Lacquer tree nutrient solution containing Mineral Elements (P, K, Cu, Mg, etc.) and plant growth regulators, and sprayed it on the Maoba Lacquer tree. The result showed that the lacquer trees flourished, bark was thickened, the time of leaf shed were postponed about half a month with no side effect in the treat group. The raw lacquer yield was obvious increased and the quality is obviously improved in the treat group.
In order to improve the quality of the raw lacquer,we sprayed the lacquer tree nutrient solution with mineral elements(P,K,Cu,Mg,etc.) and plant growth regulators on the Maoba lacquer trees,then observed the growth of lacquer tree and tested the quality of raw lacquer.The results showed as follows:The lacquer trees in the treatment group flourish,barks are thicker,and the time of leaf shedding was postponed about half a month,with no side effect;the raw lacquer from the treated lacquer trees contained more urushiol,laccase and gum;the organoleptic index of the raw lacquer from the treated lacquer trees improved significantly;the surface drying time of raw lacquer from the treated lacquer trees was shortened.The main mechanism is that the lacquer tree nutrient solution changed the nutrient condition and improved metabolism.The nutrient solution can promote lacquer-tree and improve lacquer quatity.
In this paper, the composition and sap structure of raw lacquer were analysed. The analysis results showed that there were some objective laws between lacquer compositions and the inspections with sense organ .which can be applied in the production and trade of lacquer.
Copper is the necessary mineral element in the pant.Copper content in the Lacquer-tree has direct effect on its growth and Lacquer's output.Copper element has six nutritional functions in Lacquer-tree:photosynthesis,respiratory function,redox reactions,nitrogen metabolism,floral organ development and anti-aging body.
Diesel extract,that which is bio-pesticides,from the leaf and root bark of Toxicodendron verniciflum,T.Succedanlum,T.Sylvestre,Celastrus Angulatus,and Sophora flavescens was used in the production of tea,tobacco,monster-tongue and vegetables.The result shows that this diesel extract has fine functions on insecticide and sterilization.
In order to increase the production of the raw lacquer,the authors prepared the Toxicodendron verniciflum(Stokes) F.A.Barkley nutrient solution with mineral elements(P,K,Cu,Mg,etc.) and plant growth regulators,sprayed it on the Maoba lacquer tree were used to study.The result showed that the its flourish,bark thickening,the time of leaf shed were postponed about half a month,no side effect in the treat group.The raw lacquer production was increased 21.2% in the treat group.Production mechanism is that the lacquer enhances the metabolic synthesis after using nutrient solution.
In order to increase yield and quality of raw lacquer,growth of lacquer tree was studied,by preparing nutrient solution added mineral elements(P,K,Cu,Mg,and so on) and plant growth regulators,and the nutrient solution with different concentrations was sprayed on Maoba lacquer tree.The results showed that the sprayed lacquer tree was more flourish,had thicker bark,and defoliation time was postponed about half month,compared with CK.Raw lacquer had no side effect,yield was obviously increased and quality was obviously improved.
