应用红外热像仪进行颈腰椎病督脉运行不畅辨证,将抽象的督脉理论变得客观、具体、明晰,病理变化更加明显,辅助体质辨识,指导辨证用药,评价中医药和针灸治疗疗效及动态观察;软组织疼痛(颈、肩、腰、腿痛的部位、性质、程度),急慢性炎症部位、范围、程度,心脑血管功能状态、血供情况,肿瘤预警指示,全程监视、疗效评估,以及在乳腺常规检查和体检中,弥补影像学缺陷,便于疾病的早期诊断及治疗,给临床诊治疾病,指导辨证,尤其是寒热辨证,带来了新的思路和方式,提高了疾病诊治效率,值得推广.
Objective:To observe apex of heart thermal images change in 100 patients with coronary heart disease through infrared thermography. Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease were observed for the thermal state, and explore the clinical significance. Results:The temperature of control group has no significant difference between the average temperature of the chest and the apex of heart, left and right chest temperature good symmetry. There are most in the case group low temperature changes and prompts that the lower the temperature, the more severe the degree of myocardial ischemia. Conclusion:That Infrared thermography can be sensitive to reflect the extent of myocardial ischemia can be used as an auxiliary one to check for coronary heart disease.
葛根为豆科植物野葛或干葛藤的干燥根,是我国常用的中草药之一.始载于<神农本草经>,具有发表解肌、开阳透疹、解热生津等作用.葛根素(Puerarin,Pue,普乐林)是葛根的主要有效成分,化学名为4',7-二羟基-8-β-D-葡萄糖异黄酮.
Objective To observe the effect of curcumin on insulin resistance in simple obesity rats and to discuss the possible mechanism.Methods Forty healthy male SD rats were randomized into groups of normal control,model,high-dosage curcumin(HDC group) and low-dosage curcumin(LDC group),10 in each.The control group were fed with ordinary diet,while the other 3 with high-fat diet,4 weeks,to induce obesity-caused insulin resistance models,to establish simple obesity models.Besides,curcumin intervention groups were given low- or high-dosage curcumin,4 weeks,and after experiment triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),free fatty acids(FFA),glucose(GLU) and insulin were determined,insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were calculated and then the animals were sacrificed to detect the body fat /body mass of kidney and testicles.Results Model group were significantly different from control in fasting GLU,insulin,TG,LDL and FFA(P0.05),and their HDL and ISI were significantly higher than those of control.Fasting GLU,INS,TG,LDL and FFA of groups LDC and HDC were lower than those of model group,and HDL and ISI of model group significantly increased as compared with groups LDC,HDC,especially with HDC.There was significant difference in body fat/body mass between model group and control(P0.05).Groups LDC and HDC were significantly different from model group in body fat/body mass after curcumin intervention(P0.05).Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit weight gain caused by high-fat diet,reduce the levels of TG,LDL,FFA,glucose and insulin,and improve insulin resistance and metabolic disorders.
Objective To observe the effects of Chinese herbs on lipid peroxidation reaction in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL),to inquire into its prevention and treatment mechanism.Methods Thirty-two male SD rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups: control group,model group,Dongbao Gantai(DBG) group and Ganshutang decoction(GSTD) group,8 in each.All groups except the control were fed with an 8-week high fat diet to prepare NAFL models.General condition,pathological changes of liver tissues were observed,and blood lipids and the level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)were detected,so were the levels of MDA,SOD of liver tissues.Results In model group,teatosis appeared in liver tissues which were gradually infiltrated with inflammation cells,and necrosis was present in hepatocyte,percolate in portal area.There was significant difference in the scores of inflammation activity between model and control groups(P0.05),model group was significantly different from control and GSTD groups(P0.05),and there was significant difference between DBG and GSTD groups(P0.05).There was significant difference in TG、LDL-C、HDL-C between 4 groups(P0.05),so was there between model and control groups(P0.05),and significant difference was seen in levels of TG、LDL-C between DBG and model groups(P0.05);There was significant difference in serum levels of TG、LDL-C、HDL-C between DBG and model groups(P0.05)and there was significant difference in serum levels of LDL-C、HDL-C between DBG and GSTD groups(P0.05).In model group,the levels of TNF-α,MDA in liver tissues obviously increased,while the active levels of SOD obviously decreased.As comparing with model group,GSTD could improve the liver pathology structure,and play a role in decreasing significantly blood lipids,the level of TNF-α and liver tissue MDA.Conclusion Ganshutang decoction can prevent and treat NAFL to a certain degree,the mechanism of which is perhaps related to prevention of lipid peroxidation and decrease of the infiltration of inflamed cytokine.
目的:观察姜黄素对单纯性肥胖大鼠模型血清胰岛素(INS)、瘦素(Leptin)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响.方法:将32只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂饲料+姜黄素组,基础饲料+姜黄素组,模型组.对照组喂饲基础饲料,高脂饲料+姜黄素组喂饲高脂饲料和姜黄素;基础饲料+姜黄素组喂饲基础饲料和姜黄素;模型组喂饲高脂饲料.分别于给予姜黄素0周和四周后测定胰岛素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α).并测定肾周脂肪重量,用组织病理及透射电镜观察脂肪组织结构的变化.结果:①胰岛素与瘦素:造模成功时,基础饲料+姜黄素组与对照组胰岛素与瘦素水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),高脂饲料+姜黄素组及模型组与对照组比较均显著升高,给予姜黄素四周后,高脂饲料+姜黄素组与模型组比较明显降低(P<0.01);②肿瘤坏死因子α:模型建立成功时及给予姜黄素四周后,高脂饲料+姜黄素组与模型组肿瘤坏死因子α水平比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),③姜黄素可显著降低肥胖模型动物体脂(p<0.05);④微观结构观察显示.给予姜黄素后,脂肪细胞的体积明显减小,核膜、细胞间质等脂肪含量明显减少.结论:①姜黄素可以降低大鼠血清胰岛素和瘦素浓度;②姜黄素可以抑制脂肪组织分泌肿瘤坏死因子α;③姜黄素可能是通过多种途径和机制达到减少脂肪细胞中脂肪含量,降低体内脂肪水平的.
