2020年中央提出构建"以内循环为主,国内国际双循环相互促进"的新发展格局,这是基于我国经济发展进入新阶段、基于国际国内形势做出的重大战略决策."双循环"格局中外贸高质量发展是题中应有之义,陕西省应充分结合"一带一路"起点城市等优势,积极打造陕西外贸高质量发展,推动建设内陆城市开放型经济高地.本文结合"双循环"战略,重点聚焦陕西省实际,分析"双循环"格局下陕西省外贸高质量发展的内涵、潜力,并提出支持陕西外贸高质量发展的路径建议.

在中国特色社会主义现代化建设进入新发展阶段,政府越来越重视"招商引资"的作用,招商中更加强调"招大引强"带来的产业聚集和示范效应.政府在推动经济高质量发展的过程中,如何提升招商工作的"高质量发展",也是一个很重要的课题.本文从影响招商引资的众多因素中,从资金供给角度出发,思考政府如何与政策性银行合作,推动招商工作的高质量发展.

: Based on the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon and the magnetic properties of nano-Fe 3 O 4 , a recyclable and low-cost nano-Fe 3 O 4 was designed to circumvent the problem that traditional water treatment materials cannot be reused and easily remained in water. This experiment is problem-based using Fe 3 O 4 @C composite materials as the carrier, to help students master the basic preparation of inorganic nano materials, performance characterization methods, improve students’ ability of data processing and interpretation. This experiment provides a new comprehensive laboratory teaching mode, and the online teaching is adopted through the introduction, use and data software in learning of large instruments, while the offline practice is adopted for material preparation and wastewater treatment performance evaluation. This experiment overcame the weakness in traditional inorganic chemistry laboratory teaching, such as weak characterization methods and data processing training. This experiment can be used as a comprehensive experiment for inorganic chemistry, modern instrumental analysis and other theoretical courses.

In this paper, based on the statistical indexes concerning the modern logistics and foreign trade industries of Shaanxi for the period between 1993 and 2014, we used the Granger causality check, co-integration test, etc., to study empirically the relationship between the two industries in the province, through which, we found that the foreign trade industry was the Granger cause for the development of the modern logistics industry, while the reverse was not established. Thus, the Shaanxi's effort in building the Xi'an International Port Area should be based on improving its foreign trade level, because without the support of a growing trade industry, the port would be a"useless port". At last, in view of the current macroscopic strategic environment, the intrinsic advantage of Shaanxi, and the rapid development of the internet and information technologies, we presented several thoughts and insights into the development of the Xi'an International Port Area.
