思政工作是高等教育的生命线,随着时代的发展,网络思政工作已成为高校思政工作的重要环节,充分发挥着课程、科研、文化、网络、管理、服务等育人体系的思政育人功能.依托高校思政"十大育人"体系,探索创新高校网络思政工作质量提升路径,为构建完善的高校网络思政工作体系提供思路和方法,落实立德树人根本任务,为网络思想政治工作筑牢思想基石、打造研究平台、提升文化内涵、丰富创新载体、强化制度保障、畅通交流渠道,不断促进网络思政工作高质量发展.
当前,在新时代思想政治育人背景下,网络成为大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地和平台,网络思想政治教育的开展为传统思想政治教育工作在发展路径、工作内容和职责使命方面都赋予了新的要求.就目前而言,受到多方因素的影响,高校网络思想政治教育在内容创作、人员配置和教育方式等方面发展尚不完善,制约了网络育人实效.在此独特的网络生态环境下,本文力图通过分析当前高校网络思想政治教育的现存问题,有针对性地提出新时代高校开展网络思想政治教育的路径,提出以需求为导向提供优质内容、加强师资队伍建设,形成育人合力和转变教育理念创新教育方法的措施,促进高校网络思政工作守正创新,着力提升网络育人的针对性、时效性和吸引力.

Antifreeze proteins as non-toxic cryoprotective agents have extensive prospect in fermentation strain preservation.To test the cryoprotective effect of antifreeze protein MpAFP698 from the desert beetle Microdera punctipennis on S.cerevisiae,antifreeze protein MpAFP698 was prokaryotic expressed and purified.Fusion protein MBPMpAFP698 with high activity was obtained.1,10,30 μg/mL of MBP-MpAFP698 were added to S.cerevisiae and then treated at-7 and-20 ℃ for different time lengths;in other experiments yeast cells were treated at 4,0,-50 ℃ for different time lengths with 10 μg/mL MpAFP698 as well as repeated freeze-thaw at-20 ℃.The morphology and survival rate of the yeast cells after these treatments were observed or calculated.The results showed that the survival rate of S.cerevisiae with the protection of MBP-MpAFP698 were significantly better than the control group without MBP-MpAFP698.Even the concentration of 1 μg/mL showed protective effect,and 10 μg/mL showed the best protective effect,indicating that insect antifreeze protein can function as cyroprotective agent at very low concentrations.This result lay a foundation for the development of efficient protective agent at low temperatures.

This paper presents characteristics and classification of antifreeze proteins as well as their application in food industry as a new food materials.
Red pepper sauce with dry pepper can improve the quality and the value of the product by lactobacillus. And it has solved the material problem, the saving of energy sources as well as the reduction of the cost.The best lactobacillus was found out by the process of filter, separation and purification of the fungus. And the process and conditions of making pepper sauce with dry pepper were confirmed.
In order to compare the activity differences between the prokaryotic expressed MBP-MpAFP5 and GST-MpAFP5,the two recombinant prokaryotic expression plasmids pGEX-4T-1-Mpafp5 and pMAL-p2x-Mpafp5 were expressed in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)to obtain two different fusion antifreeze proteins of Microdera punctipennis dzhungarica.The two fusion proteins were purified by affinity chromatograph.SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that both of the fusion antifreeze proteins were highly expressed in soluble fractions.The thermal hysteresis activities(THA)of GST-MpAFP5 and MBP-MpAFP5 at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL were measured as 0.51℃ and 1.336℃,respectively.The ice crystal morphology of both proteins displayed pyramid shape.Cryoprotection to bacteria experiments showed that the two fusion proteins could protect bacteria survival at subzero 7℃ temperature.Comparatively,MBP-MpAFP5 had higher protective activities than GST-MpAFP5.These results provide basic data for application of the insect antifreeze proteins in the future.
The fermented conditions of Cordyceps sinensis including original pH,the quantity of inoculation,poured solution volume,rocking bed rate of rotation and medium composition including carbon sources,nitrogen sources and inorganic salt were studied.The results showed that the optimum fermented conditions were 24℃,170r/min,pH6.5,inoculun quantity 10%.The optimum conditions were as follows:glucose 4%,bean cake 2%,KH_2PO_4 0.2%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.075%.The contents of the active components in Cordyceps sinensis were manna alcohol>8.0% and adenosine>0.16%.
