单位制住宅区物业管理是单位社区治理转型的关键.以武汉市某高校社区为实证研究对象,通过访谈与问卷,了解住户社区管理认知情况和居民物业管理意愿,比较分析武汉市现行物业化、半自治和自治管理三种物业管理模式并总结其适应性.

Index selection is the important premise of selecting and building evaluation model.Based on reading numerous documents and expert consultation,the research used complete patients medical records of 17 general hospitals in Beijing in 2010,mainly used statistical methods to select the indexes,such as factor analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis,and finally screened four input indexes and four output indexes used for evaluating urban general hospitals’ bed utilization.

Allocation and utilization of medical resources in hospitals is one of critical factors to improve usage efficiency of health resources.Through analysis of the allocation and utilization of hospital beds,the problems can be found and the corresponding countermeasures can be put forward.This is very important to allocate limited medical resources rationally and use them effectively.

This paper described the present condition and development tendency systemically and comprehensively of the new rural cooperation medical scheme in China from the aspects of health service,cooperative medical financing mechanism,use of compensation fund and health cost control in rural area.
