目的 :加强医疗设备计量检测闭环信息化管理,提高设备计量管理效率,确保临床医疗设备使用安全.方法 基于医疗设备全生命周期管理理念设计计量检测"双闭环"管理体系,并通过信息化手段构建医疗设备计量检测闭环管理信息系统.2018年使用手工管理作为对照组,2019年使用该信息系统管理作为实验组,利用SPSS软件分别对水银血压计的计量检测台数、检测天数进行统计分析和对随机抽取200台设备的证书录入时长进行统计分析.结果 计量检测覆盖率从95.3%(对照组)提高到了100%(实验组),两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13.235,P<0.01);计量工作效率由大量设备集中于两天内完成(对照组)缩短为集中于一天内完成(实验组),两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=338.002,P<0.001);计量证书录入时长由69.66 s/张缩短为12.74 s/张,两组时长的差异具有统计学意义(t=72.695,P<0.001).结论 应用计量检测闭环管理信息系统可有效、全面提高医疗设备计量管理效率,减少医疗设备安全隐患.
Aiming to strengthen the management and equipment availability of electric operating table as well as increase users' awareness of safe and standardized operation, we not only reengineered the troubleshooting process of electric operating table, but also designed and drew a flow chart. In addition, in order to solve the problems encountered in the management and application of equipment, we assigned quality controllers for electric operating table to implement scientific and standard management and maintenance. Besides, the detailed maintenance plans and training scheme were developed.
