Досліджено теоретичні підходи до тлумачення змісту поняття сільська територія. Проведено типологізацію сільських територій. суть господарського механізму розвитку сільських територій. Визначено його місце в системі забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. Проведено узгодження стратегічних відносин господарського механізму розвитку сільських територій та структурно-функціональних елементів системи економічної безпеки держави. Визначено проблеми розвитку сільських територій, що посилюють загрози економічній безпеці держави. Запропоновано заходи вирішення ідентифікованих проблем.

Мета роботи: поліпшення результатів хірургічного лікування пахових гриж шляхом розробки ефективного та безпечного методу післяопераційного знеболення. Матеріали і методи. Наведено опис нового методу післяопераційного знеболення у пацієнтів, що перенесли відкриту алопластику пахової грижі за Ліхтенштейном. Суть методу полягає у введенні під час операції (перед закриттям рани) під прямим візуальним контролем катетера для пролонгованого введення місцевого анестетика в ділянку післяопераційної рани. Герніопластику виконували в умовах спінальної анестезії, у післяопераційному періоді через катетер болюсно вводили 0,25 % розчин лідокаїну. Методику застосовано у 11 пацієнтів. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. В усіх випадках вдалося відмовитись від застосування наркотичних анальгетиків та досягти гарного контролю післяопераційного болю. Порівняно з традиційним веденням післяопераційного періоду в пацієнтів із пролонгованою місцевою анестезією швидше відновилась рухова активність, зменшилась тривалість госпіталізації; ускладнень не спостерігали.

The nature of the electromagnetic process in the scheme of the electrical model of the electromechanical system of a water supply network with a pump D 2000-100 is investigated. In this case, the main attention is focused on the patterns of change in the load current of the model, which simulates the movement of fluid in the spiral outlet of the pump, depending on the design features of its output part. The parameters of the electric model elements, based on the method developed by the authors for creating an electric model of a centrifugal pump, correspond to the nominal operating mode of the system and are used in the numerical calculation. The part of the load circuit of the electric model, which models the spiral outlet of the pump, consists of series-connected resistance R1 and inductance L1, to which the capacitive element C is connected in parallel. Studies have shown that the nature of transients can be aperiodic or oscillatory, depending on the ratio of the parameters of these elements. The oscillatory nature of the process indicates the possibility of vibrations in the electromechanical system. However, it was shown that, depending on the ratio between the frequency of the vibration source and the natural frequency of the output part of the electromechanical system, the intensity of the manifestation of vibration is different. Therefore, the main conclusion of the publication is that the use of electrical methods for modeling the working processes of electromechanical systems can be used to eliminate undesirable equipment operation modes in order to increase the energy efficiency of the water supply process.

Background : The article considers the royal election of Stanislaw Poniatowski and Russian influence on it. The election marked the beginning of the processes that led to the Commonwealth’s loss of autonomy in the international affairs. The simplistic or stereotypical representation of Russia’s role in the royal election of 1764 can often be found in the contemporary historiography. The reasons of appointing Stanislaw August as a Russian protege to be the head of the Commonwealth are frequently mythologized. In particular, it is often noted that Stanislaw August was chosen as a favorable candidate by the Russian elite groups only because he was Catherine II’s favorite. But this approach does not take into account the other factors. Focusing on Russian historical sources can show us the position of the Russian Empire before and during the election. The specific character of the sources and their belonging to the so-called "behind-the-scenes documents" make them very important for the investigation of Russian methods of the foreign policy. Concentration exclusively on the analysis of the Russian documents in the study of the described problem allows to fully understand the position, plans and motives of the Russian Empire. The researchers have indirectly discussed the methods and tools which were used by the Russian Empire while meddling in the elections. These methods and tools have been also analyzed in the research with a vaster subject of study. Therefore, it makes sense to allocate and examine the methods and tools of the Russian influence more clearly, as well as make an objective assessment of them. Purpose : basing on the Russian historical sources, to investigate the policy of the Russian Empire regarding the Commonwealth, particularly the intentions, methods and instruments of the Russian interference in the royal election of 1764. Results : I would like to point out that the Russian Empire played a key role in the process of electing Stanislaw August as a monarch of the Commonwealth. "Familia" was in disagreement with the pro-Saxon nobility and had an ambition to gain more power within the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Catherine II also tried to make the king her own puppet on the Polish throne. The methods, tools and purposes of Russian policy regarding the Commonwealth during the royal election of 1764 have been researched and classified. The historical sources of the Collection of the Imperial Russian Historical Society have been analyzed from the point of view of the informational value. The comparison of the results of theoretical studies of electromagnetic processes in different modes of electrical model of centrifugal pump with six blades with simulation results of the same modes in software package of technical modeling complex electrical and electronic circuits and in software package for modeling hydraulic processes was made. Conclusion on the adequacy of electrical modeling of workflow of centrifugal pumps was done.
