南苏丹ANANAS区块部分大尺寸套管井采用土酸和桥塞酸化工艺解堵增产,但土酸反应过快,桥塞管柱操作复杂且存在酸液泄漏风险,因此亟需研制大尺寸套管井多级酸化技术.通过设计小截面定活塞、分离进液口与注酸口、选定T型密封圈密封注酸口,研制了新型注酸器;通过酸液缓蚀性能评价、络合性能测试及配伍性试验,优选出一种适用于该区块储层的HV缓速酸液体系.室内试验表明:新型注酸器开启压力高达8 MPa以上,能使?147 mm封隔器稳定坐封;理论上单趟管柱可酸化15段且可用于套管验漏;HV缓速酸液体系缓蚀性能优于常规土酸体系,能够有效络合储层金属离子,抑制二次沉淀产生,与多种添加剂配伍性能良好.该技术可用于大尺寸套管井3段以上酸化增产,采用HV缓速酸体系能有效扩大酸液作用距离,解除近井地带伤害,措施效果显著,建议今后考虑转向酸压,以进一步提高储层改造程度.
针对华北油田地面工程系统外输管道改输低含水油后存在原油乳状液不稳定、析出乳化水对管道产生腐蚀的生产隐患问题,通过乳状液形成类型理论及华北油田典型区块原油性质分析、加药前后不同含水原油乳状液流变性及稳定性分析,研究出了华北油田原油不同含水率形成的乳状液类型及稳定性,给出了华北油田外输稳定原油乳状液含水率的界限,低于此含水率输送,原油乳状液较稳定,不会析出大量乳化水对管线造成腐蚀.
The sources of raw materials i.e methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE) and production processes of SINOPEC Urumqi Petrochemical Company are introduced,and the impact of high sulfur in MTBE as a highoctane clean gasoline blending component on the production of Guo Ⅴ standard gasoline is described.The shortcomings of traditional Merox extraction,fiber membrane extraction and refining process of alkali washing desulfurization which result in the high sulfur in mixed C4s feed and enrichment in the production of MTBE are the main causes of higher sulfur in MTBE product.The upgrading revamping schemes of delayed coker and catalytic reformer are discussed.After application of integrated feedstock desulfurization and product desulfurization to reduce sulfur in MTBE,465 tons/year of cumulative solid alkali is saved,cobalt sulfonated titanium consumption is reduced by 350 kg/year,and the saving cost is 780,000 Yuan RMB/year.At the same time,the sulfur in the feedstock of MTBE unit is decreased from 130 μg/g to 50 μg/g and the sulfur in the product MTBE of the extractive distillation is reduced from 50 pg/g to 10 μg/g,which meet the technical specifications for the production of Guo Ⅴ standard gasoline and requirements of product oil upgrading.
基于某煤化工项目水煤气脱硫工艺,对比分析了干、湿法脱硫的优缺点及适应性.重点研究了碱液+PDS湿法脱硫工艺及新型脱硫设备.研究表明:碱液+PDS脱硫工艺配合新型设备,不仅适用范围广、脱硫效率高,而且环境污染小,运行能耗低是今后极具发展的煤气脱硫工艺技术.
Using silver electrode as indicator electrode ,a saturated calomel electrode as the reference e-lectrode ,taking AgNO3 as the titrant ,the sulfide react with AgNO3 standard solution to produce silver sulfide precipitation in waste alkali ,through the change of potential jump value to determine the end point of titration ,the content of sulfides can be calculated .
南翼山油田目前污水处理工艺主要存在水处理设备进口水质参数超标、沉降罐处理效果差、过滤器滤料板结严重、过滤效果差、出水水质不达标、污水池排泥效果差,造成污泥在系统内恶性循环,影响污水水质等问题.经过调研大量的国内外含油污水处理技术,并进行综合对比分析,优选出悬浮污泥过滤净化技术.悬浮污泥过滤净化技术可处理南翼山油田污水及清污混合水,且净水效果非常好,过滤后水悬浮物含量可达到1~3 mg/L,油含量2~8 mg/L.
在现代炼油行业中,装置腐蚀是一个非常严峻的问题,不但影响装置的正常运行造成不必要的经济损失,而且还会造成人员的伤亡。所以必须把腐蚀控制到一定程度甚至消灭腐蚀。本文就加氢裂化装置所面临的连多硫酸应力腐蚀破裂产生的机理进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。
According to "Monitoring And Analysis Method of water and waste water",because of the strict requirement on the experiment condition of analytical method of Total Nitrogen(TN),the repeatability is very poor in the practice work.With the digestion-Spectrophotometric method,the determination of TN for the acrylic fiber wastewater is accuracy,simple and fast.The improved digestion-Spectrophotometric method for the TN is suitable for the field detection of paroxysmal water pollution emergency.
目前辽河油田的中深层稠油油藏大多数主力区块已进入蒸汽吞吐的中后期,蒸汽驱是蒸汽吞吐后提高采收率最有效的接替技术。对于不适合转蒸汽驱的稠油油藏如何提高采收率,在曙光油田杜66块曙43-530井组进行了气水交替驱的先导试验。试验已实施近1年,井组产液量、产油量明显增加,油井动液面上升,油藏能量得到补充,初步取得了较好的效果。对于已处于吞吐中后期、油藏能量亏空严重而不适宜转蒸汽驱的普通稠油油藏来说,注入烟道气等非凝析气体进行气水交替驱是一种可供选择的开采方式。图2参2(李秀娈摘)
