In view of the prevalent problems existed in the testing of capacitor's pressure-proof and capacity like manual recording,tedious data processing and tremendous workload,a system centered on software for data recording and processing by means of the LabVIEW platform is developed,is designed,and applied product quality report module under the circumstances of LabVIEW.The it to test the pressure-proof and capacity of the capacitor.The software turns out to be foolproof with friendly interface as well as great transportability and expandability.More importantly,it can serve as a significant guidance for the production of capacitors.

The smelting conditions of BF in Guofeng Steel are worse.Through the calculation of enrichment and load of the alkali metals in No.2 and No.5 BF in Guofeng Steel,the behavior of circulation and enrichment of alkali metals in BF and the effect of alkali metals on burden and BF process are analyzed.The load of the alkali metals was 8.102 kg/t.Leading cause of influencing BF smooth running is high load of alkali metals.Potential harm of alkali metals and effective countermeasure were put forward.
Three methods were analyzed to reduce the silicon content of hot metal in theory: controlling silicon resource,decreasing the drip zone's altitude,and increasing the oxidation of slag in hearth.Some factors to influence the silicon content of hot metal were proposed on the basis of the experiment in the lab: increasing the binary basicity is favorable to desiliconization;the oxide in slag debases the silicon activity and is of great advantage to desiliconization;Al2O3 and SiO2 are disadvantageous to desiliconization;the volatilization content of SiO2 in coke increases with increasing smelting temperature,leading to increase the silicon content of hot metal;the silicon content of hot metal increases with increasing the drip zone's altitude.The measures of reducing the silicon content of hot metal were applied in JIAN-Long Iron and Steel Company in Tangshan according to the test results.The result of reducing the silicon content of hot metal was obvious,and the mass fraction of silicon in molten iron was reduced to 0.40% from 0.55%.
Under the conditions of raw materials and operation of Guofeng Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the influences of unburned pulverized coal in blast furnace slag on the properties of fluidity,melting properties and melting temperature were investigated,and the mineral analysis was also done.In the conditions of present raw materials and operation,the unburned pulverized coal content should be controlled under 9%,at the same time the best pulverized coal injection rate should be limited at 150 kg/t or so.So these research results can offer theoretical basis for further enriched oxygen injection of coal and reduction of the ratio of integrated fuel.
The model in lab was built based on similar theory.The charging track equation was corrected as n=[l_0~2cos~2β+2l_0cosβL_x+(1+4π~2ω~2l_0~2/C_1~2)L_x~2]~(1/2)-αthrough the tests in lab.The natural stack angles of coke and ore were 30.2 and 29.1 respectively.The inside stack angle was gained by the formula of tanα=tanα_0-kh/R,and the outside stack angle by the formula ofα_(ore)=79.77-2.04αandα_(coal)=73.12-1.97α.The bulk densities of coke and ore were 0.65 and 1.97 t/m~3.The mathematical model was set up and the program interface was studied.The charging shape was simulated by computer,and it more truly reflected the charging shape in BF.
The traditional inside stack angle was corrected, and the last charge surface shape was used as initial charge surface shape for next charging to reduce the effect of initial charge surface shape on simulation result. This model can simulate charge surface shape at any angle. The real time ore coke ratio for last three batches could be shown for verification of convergence and BF operation. The mathematical model more truly reflects the charge surface shape in BF.

The formula of the bell-less top burden distribution is modified.The modified equation is n={l20cos2β+2l0cosβLx+ [1+(4π2ωl20/C21)L2x]}1/2-0.38.The burden distribution rule of the first blast furnace of the Nanjing Iron and Steel Corp.is simulated in the lab using the 1:7 model.The adaptive burden distribution C32C30C30C28 and the center adding coke α=17o are given.The differences of the chute angle as the different stock line heights are calculated.
A cognitive radio(CR) is a radio that can change its transmitter parameters based on interaction with the environment where it operates.It can be used to improve the spectrum access and efficiency of spectrum use;especially it enables unlicensed users to use licensed spectrums.It also makes networks and terminals more flexible.This paper describes the definition and concept models of cognitive radio,analyzes its characteristics and performance assessing parameters,and discusses such key issues as interference temperature,spectrum pooling sharing,and dynamic spectrum management,introduces the current progress of the study.Finally,it provides a few research ideas according to application requirements.
To transmit energy continuously to the monitoring system on a rotate part and to make the system stable, an energy transmission technology based on microstrip antennas was put forward. An overall project of the energy transmission system for microstrip antennas was provided for the energy input of transmission antennas, and a separate scheme of power supply was proposed. The energy transmission conditions of a pair of antennas and multi-pairs of antennas were investigated. The crisscross motion conditions of microstrip antennas were analyzed. The results indicated that the energy transmission scheme could meet the demands of practice.

Aimed at the disadvantages of the traditional energy supply, a method to transfer energy by micro-strip antennas was proposed. The characteristics of microstrip antennas were introduced, and the microstrip antenna used in a monitoring system was designed. A experiment of the microstrip antenna was carried out. The attenuation of transmission, efficiency and matching conditions were analyzed. The results of experiments and analysis show that under the conditions of close range and low power, the method of using microstrip antennas to transfer energy is feasible.
