通过对断奶仔猪饲料中添加复合有机酸化剂的试验研究,得出添加复合有机酸能够减轻仔猪断奶应激,日增重提高8.9%,饲料转化效率提高4.9%,断奶后仔猪腹泻率减低13.8%,有效地缓解了断奶的应激反应.
猪梭菌性肠炎是由C型魏氏梭菌引起的肠毒血症,又称仔猪红痢,一般侵害3日龄内的哺乳仔猪.临床上主要表现为腹泻,排血便,肠坏死等症状,病程短,死亡率高.20世纪70年代我国已研制出仔猪红痢氢氧化铝灭活苗,广泛用于养猪生产,有效的控制了仔猪红痢的发生.2000年1月牡丹江某猪厂饲养的断奶仔猪6 d内死亡47头,最多1 d死亡17头,给猪厂造成很大的经济损失.畜主来农大就诊,经诊断为寒冷应激激发仔猪红痢,现报道如下.
痢菌净(Maqo)是人工合成的卡巴氧类似物,该药品为淡黄色晶体,不溶于水,市场常见有痢菌净粉剂、预混剂、针剂等制剂,其多用于治疗家畜腹泻,效果较好。断奶仔猪常因应激等因素在断奶头几天腹泻率发生较高,通常使用一些抗菌药物如痢菌净、土霉素等进行预防与治疗。但是,过量应用痢菌净常可导致家畜中毒。2000年2月中旬,裴德镇某猪场发生一起因过量使用痢菌净引起断奶仔猪中毒。
猪传染性胃肠炎是由猪传染性胃肠炎病毒引起的一种高度接触性肠道传染病。该病以引起2周以下仔猪呕吐、严重腹泻、脱水和高死亡率为特征。虽然不同年龄的猪均易感,但5周龄以上的猪死亡率低,较大猪几乎不死亡。1998年9月,密山市某猪场39~70日龄断奶仔猪发生因腹泻死亡的病例,通过尸体剖检、微生物学检验和猪接种实验,诊断为传染性胃肠炎,后采取紧急措施,疫情得到控制。该病持续21天,共死亡23头断奶仔猪,发病率68.2%,死亡率13.6%。 1 发病情况及临诊症状 该猪场实行规模化免疫程序。产前一个月妊娠母猪后海穴注射传染性胃肠炎、流行性腹泻二联苗。该场执行28日龄断奶,断奶后7天转入育仔高床。9月19日发病,迅速波及整栋育仔舍,育肥猪及后备猪零星发病,前后共208头。病猪突然发生剧烈腹泻并伴有呕吐,开始排泄黑色粪便,呈稀粥样,一天左右时间排绿色或褐色稀便,仔猪精神沉郁,迅速脱水,体温38.2℃~39.7℃,肛门失禁。初期粪便呈喷射状;后期顺股沟淌下,耳外缘、鼻镜、腹部皮肤发绀,体温降低,衰竭而死亡。
Rabbits (n=40) were randomly grouped in control (Ⅰ),infected (Ⅱ),Diclazuril-treated(Ⅲ) and Chinese traditional medicine additive-treated(ⅣV) group. Group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were artificially infected with rabbit coccidia oocysts (1 × 105)after fed with drugs for three days. The average OPG in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was 0 after the experiment was over and rabbits in the two groups were all alive; the.average everyday body weight in group Ⅳ increased by 30.9±6 gram (p<0.05) as compared with that in group Ⅰ and Ⅲ , (p<0.01) as compared with that in group Ⅱ.The results indicated the Chinese traditional medicine additive had the same effect of prevention and treatment of rabbit coccidia as Diclazuril and improved the growth of rabbits.
将90只1日龄AA肉用鸡随机分为3组,每组30只,Ⅰ组为不投药对照组;Ⅱ组按10 g/kg添加氟哌酸,Ⅲ组按10/gkg添加净球散,7日龄用鸡新城疫克隆苗饮水免疫.结果:净球散组鸡平均增重、活性E花环、总E花环与氟哌酸组和对照相比差异极显著(P<0.01),新城疫抗体的效价、胸腺及腔上囊相对值差异显著(P<0.05),脾相对值差异不显著(P>0.05).结果表明,净球散对肉用鸡增重效果明显,具有增强机体免疫功能的作用.
Ninety-three white Sanjiang neonatal pigs were chosen and divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group was fed on the powder piglet feedstuff by compounding with S310-Kenda complex premixing feed, the control group was fed on the granulated feedstuff by purchasing from market, the result showed as follows: the weight gain of day for the experimental group from birth to 20 day of age, from 20 to 35 day of age,from birth to 35 day of age increased 5.36%,0.79% and 3.29% by comparing with the control group respectively, and the ratio of feed utilizing raised 12%,the death rate decreased 1.4%.This experiment indicated that feeding on the powder piglet feedstuff by compounding with S310-Kenda complex premixing feed had a significant economic effect.

domestic rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.Rabbits in test group were fed containing 1.5% immunopotentiator of “Yellow-white powder” in the feed for 15 days.Blood samples in bothgroups were collected at one day before test,5th,10th,17th,24th and 31st day after treating with “Yellow-white powder”.The results shownas follows:Total white blood cell count,ANAE + lymphocyte transformationrate and E-rosette formation rate in control group at 10th,17th and 24th days after test(P0.01 or P0.05),but in test group only totalwhite blood cell count was significantly high at 31st day(P0.01);white blood cell differentiating count in test group was in normalrange.These results indicate that“Yellow-white powder” can enhancethe resistance of body and cellular immune function in domesticrabbits.
