近年来突发性水污染事故频繁发生,及时准确地开展水污染事故应急监测、评估和水污染治理的需求越来越迫切.该研究以某江突发性水污染事故为例,结合现场水质检测结果,提出基于模糊综合评判法和层次分析法的应急监测以及预案评估,量化水质状态,分析水质影响的主要污染源;同时结合层次分析法制定针对性的水污染应急预案.结果表明:该评估方法准确量化了不同监测位置的多种重金属污染的水环境状态,明确了造成应急期间水质恶化的主要原因为镉超标;基于制定的应急预案,综合评估了管控措施的总分为 72.7,应急能力属于一般;后期应在仪器配置、文件系统等储备能力、监测能力以及迅捷方面改善以进一步提升总体应急能力.
Improving the operation, management, and consequent performance of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) for conserving the water environment is crucial. Recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) modeling have shown the potential to solve the non-linear simulation of processes in WWTPs and facilitate real-time operational adjustments. In this study, a dynamic nonlinear autoregressive network with an exogenous input (NARX) model was established for predicting effluent quality. The performance was optimized with different time-delay parameters and training algorithms. Then, a PCA-NARX hybrid model was established for high performance and comparison with two static artificial neural network (ANN) models. The BR algorithm exhibited the highest performance among the four training algorithms for the NARX model. The dynamic PCA-NARX model was significantly superior to static models in modeling effluent quality. The PCA-NARX model predicted the effluent chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) and total nitrogen (TN) with high accuracy (RMSECOD = 2.9 mg/L, RMSETN = 0.8 mg/L). Therefore, we propose a stable and sensitive dynamic neural network model for predicting effluent quality and potential real-time adjustment of wastewater treatment operations. 我国环保产业总投资不足,需要更多基金的介入来保障环保产业的发展.本文在明晰产业基金的概念、特点和作用的基础上,分析了国际、国内环保产业基金的运行现状.我国产业基金在生态环境领域的应用尚处于探索阶段,建议从投资方向、主体构成、分段投资、政策支持、专业优势和服务平台六方面入手,探索适合我国国情的环保产业基金运行模式.
通过对江西省2个工业园区水污染治理设施的运营现状进行实地调研和数据分析,发现导致园区污水处理出现问题的核心原因在于园区污水处理厂与排水企业之间缺乏有效沟通和衔接.针对工业园区水污染治理的"评—策—商—管"系统化管控模式,提出从企业污水预处理技术评估入手,制定"一企一策"的企业排放标准,在园区污水厂与企业之间建立协商排放机制,通过技术手段和社会监督实现对园区水污染的精细化管控.
With the continuous advancement of science and technology, coalto-gas technology has become more and more widely used in my country, and the ensuing environmental problems have gradually become more prominent. How to safely dispose of the coal-to-gas residue has become a practical problem we have to solve at present. In this paper, the basic characteristic analysis and toxicity leaching experiment of the residues produced in the coal gasification process are carried out first, and then the non-burning brick preparation method is used to safely dispose of the residues. The characteristic analysis experiment adopted methods such as chemical analysis and industrial analysis. The results showed that the main components of the coal-to-gas residue are similar to fly ash, and the main minerals exist in a glassy phase and an amorphous state. Two methods of nitric acid and sulfuric acid and horizontal shaking were used to carry out toxicity leaching experiments on the residues below 10 mesh and between 10 and 200 mesh. The leaching concentration of heavy metals was significantly affected by the leaching method and the particle size of the residue. The test results show that the leaching concentrations of Pb, Cr, Cu, and Ni are all lower than the "Identification Standards for HazardousWastes" and "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standards". At the end of this article, referring to the traditional preparation method of non-fired bricks, we successfully prepared non-fired bricks with a compressive strength of MU20 and realized the conversion of coal-to-gas residues from waste into treasure.
