Aiming at present technology and shortcomings of the sand convey system in fracturing blender truck. and a sand transport system based on reducer is designed. This scheme adopted hydraulic drive hydraulic pump and reducer. The test val-idated this scheme can solve the hairpin fault in low speed of sand transport system effectively. A reference is provided for the further optimization of the sand conveying system of sand mixing truck.
In order to achieve length measure for busbar on the bending machine,a photoelectric encoder lengthening system based on single-chip was designed.A high-speed and low power consumption single-chip was used to do phase discrimination and fourfold frequency for the A and B signals which were exported by the encoder,then AT89S52 single-chip's T2 counter was used to count.The Z signal of encoder was used for zero point correction.The count result and motor status were all displayed through OCM12864 liquid crystal.The test run results show that the system's hardware circuitry is simple,and the cost is low,the positioning accuracy is high,and the response speed is fast.It can be suitable for length detection in many occasions.
There are lots of differences between single-layer metal plate and multi-layer sheet metal in blanking.By comparing those differences,this paper analyzed the stress-strain state of the element found in the deformation region of blanking,and then pointed out that the middle layers of multi-layer sheet are in the three-stress state,showing great plasticity.According to the characteristics an experiment has proposed,through decreasing the clearance between punch and die reasonably,the hydrostatic pressure can be improved in the deforming zone and the cracks can be restrained,so the blanking is deformed in the plastic shear,in order to improve the blanking quality.Further,taking the multi-layer bus punching experiment to confirm the theory,we get the consistent conclusion that multi-layer sheet metal blanking is required smaller clearance than the same thickness of single-layer metal plate.In order to get better blanking quality,a correction factor about 0.4 should multiply the formula of blanking clearance to determine the multi-layer sheet metal blanking clearance.
To find solutions to tension balance of tow for tobacco during the production of the cigarette,on the foundation of existing elevator system,one kind of fork elevator is designed.By use of layering method,state of force on each scissor assur-group is analyzed,and the fact that,with the increasing of structure level number,the driving force for elevator increases doubly is found.Utilizing the finite element analysis software,the static analysis of one scissor rod is accomplished.In the light of driving force calculated,drive mechanism of elevator is chose,and the strength of screw is verified.The design features for fork tow elevator are analyzed and summarized.
