Suspended microorganisms often experience diminished efficacy in the bioremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). In this study, the potential of zeolite imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) and the eco-friendly modifier citric acid (CA) was harnessed to generate a biomimetic mineralized protective shell on the surface of Bacillus subtilis ZL09-26, resulting in an enhanced capability for PAH degradation. This investigation encom-passed the integrated responses of B. subtilis ZL09-26 to ZIF-8 and ZIF-8-CA at both cellular and proteomic levels. The amalgamation of ZIF-8 and CA not only stimulated the growth and bolstered the cell viability of B. subtilis ZL09-26, but also counteracted the toxic effects of phenanthrene (PHE) stress. Remarkably, the bioremediation prowess of B. subtilis ZL09-26@ZIF-8-CA surpassed that of ZL09-26@ZIF-8 and ZL09-26, achieving a PHE removal rate of 94.14 % within 6 days. After undergoing five cycles, ZL09-26@ZIF-8-CA demonstrated an enduring PHE removal rate exceeding 83.31 %. A complex interplay of various metabolic pathways orchestrated cellular responses, enhancing PHE transport and degradation. These pathways encompassed direct PHE biodegradation, central carbon metabolism, oxidative phosphorylation, purine metabolism, and aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis. This study not only extends the potential applications of biomineralized organisms but also offers alternative strategies for effective contaminant management.
Water pollution is a long-standing problem in the natural environment. Various emerging organic and inorganic pollutants are major environmental contaminants in water bodies, such as pharmaceuticals, personal care products (PPCPs), industrial compounds, poly/perfluorinated compounds, and pesticides. The elimination of environmental contaminants in nature has been extensively investigated using a variety of classic physical, chemical and biological approaches, providing a solid base for advanced technology. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), a newly discovered family of multifunctional porous materials with high porosity and excellent controllability, have demonstrated an undeniable power in water purification. In this review, we provide a valuable resource for researchers who intend to use the application of MOFs to remediate emerging contaminants (ECs) in bodies of water. Firstly, we briefly outline the traditional physical, chemical, and biological methods applied to remove a wide range of pollutants from water. Moreover, we summarize the application of MOFs as excellent adsorbents, catalysts, and enzyme immobilization carriers for treating pollutants in wastewater. And the challenges and perspectives in the current field were also discussed.
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are carcinogenic and ubiquitous pollutants that need to be solved. The low-molecular-weight organic acid (LMWOA) holds the promise to accelerate the capacity of microbes to degrade PAHs. However, the degradation mechanism(s) with multi-LMWOAs has not been understood yet, which is closer to the complex environmental biodegradation in nature. Here, we demonstrated a comprehensive cellular and proteomic response pattern by investigating the relationship between a model PAH degrading strain, B. subtilis ZL09-26, and the mixture LMWOAs (citric acid, glutaric acid, and oxalic acid). As a result, multi-LMWOAs introduced a highly enhanced phenanthrene (PHE) degradation efficiency with up to 3.1-fold improvement at 72 h, which is accompanied by the enhancement of strain growth and activity, but the releasement of membrane damages and oxidative stresses. Moreover, a detailed proteomic analysis revealed that the synergistic perturbation of various metabolic pathways jointly governed the change of cellular behaviors and improved PHE degradation in a network manner. The obtained knowledge provides a foundation for designing the artificial LMWOAs mixtures and guides the rational remediation of contaminated soils using bio-stimulation techniques.
为探讨网络评论对"国足"形象感知的影响,本研究在参与者阅读有关国足的真实新闻报道和虚拟网络评论后,进行参与者对国足了解程度测试、国足形象感知测试.结果显示:(1)评论越正向,参与者对国足的形象感知越积极;(2)对国足越了解,参与者对国足的形象感知越积极;(3)在网络评论影响国足形象感知的关系中,参与者对国足的了解程度起到调节作用,即当参与者对国足的了解程度较高时,无论评论方向如何,其对于国足的形象感知都处于较高水平,但如果对国足的了解程度下降,当网络评论方向从正向转为负向时,其对于国足的形象感知也会随之降低.本研究提示,网络评论对"国足"形象感知的影响受到了解程度的调节,因此构建有利于我国体育事业和社会发展的网络舆论环境,需要新闻媒体、网民和体育赛事观众、体育团队和运动员等多方的共同努力.
Objectives To present the history and potential for development of evidence-based (EB) social work in China. Study design and setting The conception and methodology of EB social work is a potential strategy to support high quality development of social work in China. This article documents and analyzes the progress of EB social work in China. We focus on current research, reasons, challenges, and strategies. Results EB social work started late in China. The number of EB social work literature and systematic reviews has increased since 2004. The development of EB social work has been uneven nationally with few practitioners and decision makers involved. However, more and more social work researchers received training in evidence-based practice through national workshops and conferences. Conclusion EB social work faced various challenges, but there are now more opportunities for EB social work development in China. Researchers, practitioners, managers and decision makers are encouraged to work together to establish a thorough methodological system and use existing evidence as much as possible when carrying out social work programs and services.
2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发受到了全球广泛关注,如何有效的进行防治,成为全球面临的重大议题.制定重大传染病防治方案与指南对于科学防治疫情、普及公众知识、助力专业人士高效防疫工作等方面具有重要作用.本简报基于国际上最大的政府间卫生组织——世界卫生组织对重大传染病的防治措施进行检索、提取、分析、整合,最后分别从世界卫生组织层面、国际层面、国家以及个人层面进行说明,涵盖了贸易旅行、国际间往来、政府组织措施、个人卫生等方面,旨在为现有的世界卫生组织对于重大传染病的应对指南进行补充.
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情尚未过去,疫情下的体育世界何去何从?这是当今许多体育人关注的问题.《体育与科学》杂志社于4月5日邀请了体育界老中青三代学者齐聚“新冠肺炎疫情下的体育”云学术工作坊,从疫情下奥运会等各大赛事的当下与未来、互联网与体育、体育学术发展谈到“宅家”与公共体育服务建设,深入讨论疫情下体育世界的变与不变.在“人类社会共同体”理念下,积极贡献体育人的学术智慧,道出体育学人的家国情怀,为疫情下体育研究插上想象力的翅膀,共同推进体育研究和实践的进步.
通过对中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)2014—2015年的数据分析中国转型期初中流动儿童体育参与的现状与分层机制.研究发现:1)初中流动儿童体育参与程度普遍较低,参与现状不容乐观;2)初中流动儿童体育参与分层不仅受到家庭阶层尤其是家庭文化资本的作用,亦是社区和学校区隔过程的结果,居住在村居型社区和就读于民办打工子弟学校是阻碍初中流动儿童体育参与的重要障碍;3)初中流动儿童体育参与存在内部分化,城市流动儿童比农村流动儿童体育参与更活跃,且两者存在不同的分层机制,城市流动儿童主要受学校分层的影响,而农村流动儿童分层主要来自制度结构与家庭文化资本的共同影响.研究启示:进行流动儿童体育参与分层研究,不能忽略特定的社会结构和制度条件因素对流动儿童体育参与行为的重要影响作用.促进初中流动儿童体育参与,一方面需要跨部门联合制定均衡发展的体育政策及与之相配套的教育、城市规划等政策;另一方面,还需要增加流动儿童家庭的文化资本,以改善因社会转型和社会结构区隔导致的体育参与不平等.
The novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) outbreak in December 2019 has attracted wide atten-tion all over the world. To effectively prevent and cure it has become a major issue facing the world. The formula-tion of prevention and control plans and guidelines for major infectious diseases plays an important role in the scientific prevention and control of epidemics, the popularization of public knowledge, and the assistance of pro-fessionals in the efficient prevention and control of epidemics. This briefing is based on the World Health Organi-zation (WHO), the largest intergovernmental health organization in the world, to search, extract, analyze and integrate the prevention and control measures of major infectious diseases. At last, it is explained from the WHO level, international level, national and personal level, and involving trade tourism, international exchanges, gov-ernment organization measures, personal health, etc., aiming to supplement the existing WHO’s guidelines for the response of health organizations to major infectious diseases.
从布迪厄的“社会阶层”理论出发,基于CGSS二期数据探讨了中国城镇化进程中城乡居民现场观赏型体育消费分层现象及影响机制.通过多层次logistic回归分析,得出如下结论:(1)现场观赏型体育消费尚未成为一种大众消费方式,中国公众到现场观看体育比赛存在社会阶层区隔;(2)现场观赏型体育消费分层是个体所在的社会阶层及所嵌入的社会结构、资源环境等要素共同作用的结果;(3)在城镇化进程中,农村和城镇存在不同的现场观赏型体育消费分层机制.研究揭示,社会阶层是体育消费领域一个需要深入探讨的变量,体育消费在社会阶层再生产中具有重要的意义,但这种“文化转向”的阶层分析不能囿于行动者的社会阶层,还应关注行动者所嵌入的更广阔的社会结构和资源环境.
Objective: To assess the effectiveness of interventions on patient trust Methods: A system review was conducted through searching 11 relevant databases, such as Cochrane Library, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, PubMed, Web of Science, SinoMed, CNKI, WANFANG. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were screened from 1539 original studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria Meta-analysis was used to evaluate and interpret the interventions. Results: Ten RCTs were included in the review. It was concluded from meta-analysis that no significant difference could be found between controlled and intervention groups by increasing doctors'abilities(SMD = -0.05, 95% CI: -0.22 -0.12); while the other two interventions, doctor's information disclosure as well as patient education and nursing intervention, significantly enhanced patient trust (SMD = 0.13, 95% CI: 0.06 - 0.21; SMD = 0.60, 95% CI: 0.29 - 0.90). Conclusion: Doctor's information disclosure, patient education and nursing intervention are effective in increasing patients'trust, while intervention of doctor's ability promotion seems not so remarkable.
运用中国综合社会调查(CGSS2012)数据,基于代际视角探讨流动人口体育参与对其幸福感的影响.研究发现:(1)流动人口的体育参与能显著提升其幸福感,“健康”和“社会资本”是影响流动人口体育参与和主观幸福感关系的重要机制;(2)流动人口的主观幸福感存在显著的代际差异,而体育参与及其因素对其幸福感的影响在新老两代流动人口间也存在显著差异.基于此,在政策层面,针对流动人口体育参与的不同代际需求,构建多元、差异化的流动人口公共体育服务政策体系,为流动人口提供公平、与其切身利益密切相关的公共体育服务,从而提升流动人口体育参与水平,更好地发挥体育参与促进流动人口积极幸福体验的作用.

以江苏省问卷调查数据为基础,对体育参与和公众幸福感的关系及其影响机制进行了实证研究.统计分析发现:(1)体育参与能显著提升国民幸福感.体育参与,更重要的是与他人一起参与体育活动,或长期坚持适当的体育参与活动,可以促进个体对幸福的积极体验.此外,体育参与的“健康动机”和“社交动机”是驱动个体参与体育活动的强大动力和趋力,能够满足个体“健康”需求和“社交”的需求,从而降低焦虑与紧张感,提升其积极的幸福体验;(2)健康、社会资本和公共体育服务是影响体育参与和个体主观幸福感关系的重要机制.因此,如何在政策层面提升公众体育参与水平从而更好发挥体育促进国民的积极幸福体验的作用是未来重要的努力方向.
基于江苏省公共体育服务体系示范区的问卷调查数据,对公共体育资源、体育参与与公共体育服务公众满意度之间的关系及影响机制进行了实证研究.研究发现:(1)公共体育场地对公共体育服务公众满意度有显著的正面影响,并且这种影响对不同体育参与程度的公众具有异质性,即公共体育场地对不参与体育运动者的正面影响要显著大于体育参与者;(2)扩大公众体育参与水平,能显著提升公众公共体育服务满意度;(3)地方政府在提供公共体育服务的过程中,关注和回应公众体育服务需求,将公共体育资源真正惠及公众,则能增进公众对地方公共体育服务度的满意度水平,但地方的公共体育服务支出水平结构不够优化,则在提升公众满意度水平的作用上大打折扣,甚至引起公众的反感,反而降低其对地方公共体育服务的满意度水平.此外,公众体育参与对公共体育服务满意度影响机制和路径还有许多问题值得下一步深入探讨与研究.
"阿尔法围棋"4比1胜围棋高手李世石的"人机大战"引发大众热议,也迫使围棋界乃至体育界反思新科技与体育的关系。《体育与科学》以此为契机,以"新科技与体育未来走向"为主题组织了学术沙龙,就"人机大战与围棋、围棋与体育的本质、‘人机关系’及新科技与体育未来的走向"等问题进行了热烈讨论。本次讨论对在新科技时代下避免新科技异化、在"数"专制下保持体育的"道"本义及体育本质有了进一步的认识。
Based on the current research progress in sports ,Professor Yi Jiandong talked about some hot research questions ,such as the current situation of sports culture ,the development predicament of sport discipline ,public policy and the development of sport in China .He considered that sports is the big and irreplaceable things to the development of society ;sports should be one of national strategies ,and embedded in the society ;sports should be wildly researched for the academic and practice;sports discipline should in‐tegrated with other disciplines but not be lack of independence;sports should be realistic as natural sciences ,be goodness as social sciences ,be aesthetic as humanities ,and be wisdom as technical science .
