Objective: To assess the effectiveness of interventions on patient trust Methods: A system review was conducted through searching 11 relevant databases, such as Cochrane Library, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, PubMed, Web of Science, SinoMed, CNKI, WANFANG. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were screened from 1539 original studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria Meta-analysis was used to evaluate and interpret the interventions. Results: Ten RCTs were included in the review. It was concluded from meta-analysis that no significant difference could be found between controlled and intervention groups by increasing doctors'abilities(SMD = -0.05, 95％ CI: -0.22 -0.12); while the other two interventions, doctor's information disclosure as well as patient education and nursing intervention, significantly enhanced patient trust (SMD = 0.13, 95％ CI: 0.06 - 0.21; SMD = 0.60, 95％ CI: 0.29 - 0.90). Conclusion: Doctor's information disclosure, patient education and nursing intervention are effective in increasing patients'trust, while intervention of doctor's ability promotion seems not so remarkable.

In current significant period of China's social development,the ability to improve the social construction and social management innovation is significant to the development of our society.China's social construction and management face with many challenges such as diverse value and interest demands,complex and diverse social contradictions,frequent public accidences,unorganized social management and unequal fundamental public service.Therefore,it is necessary for us to construct complete social policy system,so as to guarantee and improve the livelihood of the people;to optimize social economical structure and narrow down urban-rural gap;to reform the income distribution system,and build up social security system which involves urban-rural citizens;to set up dynamic regulation and resolving mechanism,so as to minimize the social risks,to improve the public security system and the management of virtual society,to improve social management work pattern,and to promote the " polycentric" social governance development.

Under the background of innovation conducted in social management,this article hereby is proposing few social productive practice models for the Major of Social Work,taking a look at different ways of educating students from major of Social Work,observing the undergoing management methods adopting by the government,enterprises,NGOs and ordinary citizen etc,in their social participation performance.All the models based on college-practice integrate various sources are relying on the "interest-related parties" theory,which can help better solving difficulties in the teaching activities among social work practices,also can be reference for other relative majors,besides from giving a chance to management innovation in higher vocational colleges.

开办社会工作专业的高校可以举办社会服务组织,在社区承担政府购买的"家庭综合服务"项目,成立"社会资源中心",组织各专业学生用专业知识直接服务民生、开展服务学习,推动社区学院的建设及社区的发展;可以成立"大学社会责任委员会",倡导企业承担社会责任,开展企业社会工作服务;可以依托高校花园式校园场地及智力资源、用商业的运作模式合办"校园养老院",专业服务长者,力所能及地解决社会养老问题。这些均能促进高校人才培养、社会服务,及高校校园文化建设、师资、学生、科研等管理的协同创新。

Up to 2006,most of the secondary vocational schools in Panyu are public schools,which are capable of providing sufficient and high quality enrollment.There are large enrollments for specialties like computer application,accounting,automobile operation and maintenance,infant education,secretaries and logistics.The number of specialties under machinery and manufacturing,business and tourism is the biggest while the enrollment for information technology has the biggest scale.Statistics show that there are larger number of specialties and bigger enrollments for specialties related with the third industry.Most schools can live up to the standards and demand for talent cultivation.They have been working hard to reform education to meet the needs of enterprises.Duel-certificate education has been carried out and the student employment is improving.But there are still problems like specialties overlapping which results in resource waste,the positioning of education targets,communication and co-operation between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges,and the establishment of the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises.Besides,the social and policy environment for vocational education is still far from satisfaction.
