目的 研究2017—2021年西安市HIV感染者不同基因型CD4+T细胞计数之间的差异.方法 选取西安市2017—2021年艾滋病综合防治信息系统中新报告的艾滋病患者1623例作为研究对象,分别对所有患者的基因型进行测序,分析不同基因型患者的CD4+T细胞计数之间的差异.结果 2017—2021年西安市HIV感染者的基因亚型主要为CRF01_AE(921/1623)、CRF07_BC(145/1623)、CRF08_BC(557/1623),基因亚簇主要为CRF01_AE(Cluster 1)(185/1623)以及CRF01_AE(Cluster 2)(1438/1623),其中CRF01_AE基因型CD4+T细胞计数平均为(146.26±11.63)个/μL,CRF07_BC基因型CD4+T细胞计数平均为(254.69±15.49)个/μL,CRF08_BC基因型CD4+T细胞计数平均为(217.96±12.89)个/μL,CRF01_AE(Cluster 1)CD4+T细胞计数平均为(185.58±12.79)个/μL,CRF01_AE(Cluster 2)CD4+T细胞计数平均为(179.90±15.96)个/μL,不同基因亚型以及基因亚簇患者的CD4+T细胞计数之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 2017—2021年西安市HIV感染者的基因亚型主要为CRF01_AE,基因亚簇主要为CRF01_AE(Cluster 2),不同基因亚型以及基因亚簇患者的CD4+T细胞计数存在显著差异,可作为该市艾滋病患者治疗的参考靶点之一.
随着社会的进步和发展,大家普遍关注到不合理使用电子产品对儿童视力的影响,我园利用医院附属幼儿园的便利资源,在眼科专家指导下得知:不同年龄段的儿童视力和屈光度是有差异的,引起学龄前儿童视力下降的原因有很多,不仅仅是电子产品造成的,幼儿园和家长在儿童视力保健方面还存在许多跨学科的盲区.同时,专家告诉我们3~6岁是儿童视力发育的关键时期,幼儿园应及时关注幼儿视力健康.通过跨领域合作,"家园医"共同干预,在实践中我们总结出保护儿童视力的可行性经验和有效措施.
Objective To study the expression of FOXP3 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its influence on tumor immune response. Meth-ods 86 cases of primary liver cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital during September 2014 to September 2016 were se-lected as observation group,and 50 cases of healthy people were served as normal control group. The expression of FOXP3 mRNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method of observation group in hepatocellular carcinoma and pericarcinomatous tissues;flow cytometry was used to detect the observation group and normal control group patients'percentage of Th17/Treg cells in peripheral blood,Th1/Th2 cytokines contents were measured by ELISA,agar diffusion method was used to determine the contents of immunoglobulin. Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation between the expression of FOXP3 mRNA and antitumor immunity in HCC. Results Expression of FOXP3 mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma tis-sues of observation group was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue(P <0.05);percentage of Th17 cells and the ratio of Th17/Treg in observation group in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those in normal control group,proportion of Treg cells was lower than that in normal control group;the contents of Th1 cytokines such as IL-12p40,IFN-γin observation group in peripheral blood were lower than those in normal control group,contents of Th2 cytokines such as IL-4,IL-6 were higher than those in normal control group;the contents of IgM,IgG,IgA in peripheral blood in observation group were higher than those in normal control group(P <0.05). Conclusion FOXP3 is highly expressed in liver cancer tissues and it can directly affect the anti-tumor immune status of the patients.
