玉米作为我国进口粮食的重要种类,进口数量逐年增加.进境玉米携带的病原物形态特征复杂,常规分离纯化手段难以获得检测目标,导致日常检测工作难度大,而且检测效率低,检测速度慢.分子生物学检测技术具有快速、准确、简便、灵敏等优点,既可以满足玉米快速通关要求,又可以有效地检测出玉米携带的有害生物,因此该技术被广泛应用于玉米病害检测.该文主要综述了基于PCR的分子生物检测方法和纳米孔测序技术在玉米病害检测中的应用现状及前景.
为明确苏州东山地区为害果树的小蠹种类,通过对苏州东山果树种植区进行系统调查,共发现7属8种小蠹,新增6种.给出了所有种类的雌成虫高清图片,为苏州地区果树小蠹防治提供参考.
根据苏州种植球根植物种类整理了危害球根植物的植物线虫种类,结果显示危害球根植物的线虫种类有17属41种,其中检疫性线虫有18种.分别从分布、寄主、危害情况及传入风险等方面对这些植物线虫进行简要的介绍.
本文对2003-2019年江苏口岸进境种苗截获线虫情况进行了系统分析,结果表明,江苏口岸进境种苗共截获线虫25个种(属)2 283种次,其中检疫性线虫10种(属)31种次;截获线虫种次呈动态变化,其中2016年截获次数最多达398次;截获线虫最多的植物是百合种球,共截获905次;截获的线虫来自43个国家和地区,其中荷兰最多达1 140次.并对未来口岸进境种苗检疫监管工作提出了建议.
Due to varietal differences, diminutive size, and similar morphological characters, it is difficult to classify and identify Liriomyza spp., a genus comprised of economically-important, highly-polyphagous insect pests. In this study, we reconfirmed the morphological characteristics of three closely-related invasive leafminers, L. trifolii, L. sativae, and L. huidobrensis. Morphological results showed that characteristics imparted by the male genitalia were the most reliable morphological features for identification. The colors exhibited by vertical setae were variable among species, and the ratio of the length of the ultimate section of vein CuA(1) divided by penultimate section also varied within species. Although the patterns of abdominal tergites were diverse among Liriomyza spp., L. trifolii exhibited a unique pattern with a yellow patch at the 5th black visible tergite; this pattern can be profiled as a prominent characteristic for morphological identification. In order to identify the three Liriomyza spp. quickly and accurately, we developed an improved molecular identification method using multiplex PCR based on the gene encoding mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (COI); this method enabled direct identification based on the size of amplified products. The results of this study provide a valuable reference for the identification of Liriomyza spp., which will ultimately improve our ability to control individual species.

The larger black flour beetle,Cynaeus angustus has become an important pest for storing grain,especially maize.The larval and pupal morphological characteristics of Cynaeus angustus are given.The larval characteristics for distinguishing the larger black flour beetle from other storage beetles are:Thoracic tergum Ⅱ and Ⅲ without anterior transverse carina or raised line;last abdominal tergum narrowed to a single acute apex and with a pair of short setae on each side near apex.And the main pupal characteristics are:Pronotum with many tiny cone-shaped setiferous tubercles on surface and 2 widely spaced lager setiferous tubercles on posterior 1/4,anterior and lateral borders with many small setiferous cone-shaped tubercles and a few large setiferous tubercles.Abdominal tergum Ⅰ-Ⅶ with large,broad,projecting lateral process;process Ⅱ-Ⅵ with many fine teeth on anterior border and posterior border,lateral border on anterior half with 2 very long cone-shaped tubercles and often with a short cone-shaped tubercle between the 2,and with a long cone-shaped tubercle at posterior angle;process Ⅰ like Ⅱ-Ⅵ except anterior borders smooth;process Ⅶ like Ⅱ-Ⅵ except so greatly narrowed and curved posteriorly that posterior border absent;lateral border of tergum Ⅷ with 3 evenly spaced long rigid setae.
