植保无人飞机应用技术是一项设备投入高,需要扎实理论和熟练技能,符合当前先进生产力的技术,深受学生欢迎."1+X"证书制度实施以来,大多数学校将植保无人飞机应用技术作为一项需要完成的任务,教师和学生以通过率作为考证的目的,这远达不到教育部设定的高素质综合技术技能型人才培养要求.基于此,课题组通过调查研究法研究"1+X"植保无人飞机应用技能等级证书实施状况,分析考证之外的植保无人飞机相关的"岗课证赛创"开展情况,从广西农业职业技术大学实际情况出发,优化与证书相关课程内容及开展方式,梳理构建课程内与课程间的关系,实施教师、学生、课程相互融通的"岗课证赛创"融通课程体系.实施两年来,广西农业职业技术大学获得了广西壮族自治区植保无人飞机应用"1+X"试点牵头单位的称号,学生考证通过率98%以上.教学实践表明,"岗课证赛创"融通的实践教学体系,可全面提升学生的技能水平和综合素质,为植保无人飞机行业、企业培育"技术硬、上手快、有证书、敢创新、善协作"的高素质技术技能型人才.
[目的]为选育含有玉米隐性脆甜bt1 基因与糯wx基因、品质优、抗性强的甜糯玉米新品种.[方法]以自选糯玉米自交系"白1489"为母本,脆甜糯双隐性玉米自交系"bw1992"为父本测配杂交组合,参加区域试验.[结果]2021 年参试组合春季鲜果穗平均产量775.7 kg/667 m2,比对照平均产量743.4 kg/667 m2 增产 4.3%,增产点次100.0%;秋季鲜果穗平均产量 672.0 kg/667 m2,比对照平均产量 660.7 kg/667 m2 增产 1.7%,增产点次 86.0%;两季鲜果穗平均产量 723.9 kg/667 m2,比对照平均产量 702.1 kg/667 m2 增产 3.1%,增产点次 93.0%.在自然发病情况下,除大斑病与纹枯病外,小斑病、青枯病、茎腐病抗病性均强于对照品种"桂糯 529".[结论]"天成蜜甜糯 668"果穗外观色泽好、籽粒纯白、无色差、排列整齐、封顶性好、抗倒伏倒折、软糯香甜可口、品质优,适宜在广西地区及周边相同生态气候条件的区域内推广种植.
采用超甜sh2玉米与优良地方糯wx玉米种质结合,创制甜糯双隐sh2 wx纯合体,与另一甜糯双隐纯合体杂交,培育成杂交一代优质甜玉米新品种天成雪甜207,为纯白色甜籽粒类型,新鲜果穗籽粒皮薄、入口无渣、可溶性糖含量高、可以像水果一样生吃,鲜果穗产量高达15394.5 kg/hm2,综合抗性好,适宜在我国热带、亚热带地区栽培.

为了选育出适应广西甜糯玉米种植区域种植的高产、稳产、多抗、优质甜糯玉米品种,用糯玉米自交系青166作母本、超甜糯双隐自交系TN140作父本杂交培育出了鲜食玉米新品种甜糯819,并完成了区域试验.2020年春季和秋季区试,该品种鲜果穗平均产量分别为716.3 kg/亩和648.8 kg/亩,比对照分别增产11.6%、14.8%.甜糯819在广西玉米种植区域表现出高产与稳产的特性,感官品质、糯性及保绿度等均高于试验对照品种,具有较高的推广价值.
In order to research the influence of different dosage of water retaining agent on drought resistance in sugarcane,simulated drought manner was used.At the same time,the soil moisture conditions which water retaining agent could play the role were studied.Potted simulation experiments showed that increased by 20.49%-50.82% by appling water retaining agent to the soil.It provided water for sugarcane under drought conditions and reduce the drought stress.Water retaining agent could increase the relative water content and chlorophyll content in sugarcane under water control conditions,at the same time,reduced the amount of permeability of plasma membrane,SOD activity,MDA and Proline contents.It was better to apply 3.0 kg per 667 m2 of water retaining agent.Water retaining agent can retard evaporation,keep the soil environment moist to achieve the effect of drought resistance.But water retaining agent isn't supply agent,we must take other drought measures when soil moisture is below 6%.
The potted drought tremeatment method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought tolerance of seven sugarcane varieties.Seven indexes closely related to the drought tolerance were measured,including rate of green leaves,plant height and other morphological indicators as well as the plasma membrance permeablitiy,chlorophyll content,proline content,MDA content and superoxide dismutase activity and other physiological indicators.Using principal component analysis,fuzzy membership functions for multi-index comprehensive analysis to evaluate the drought resistance of the seven sugarcane varieties.The results showed that three principal components could achieve 94.943% of the original amount of information.By the cluster analysis,the seven tested varieties were divided into three categories.ROC22 and Yunzhe06-407 performanced strong drought resistance,Funong39 and Yuetang55 showed moderate drought resistance,ROC16,Yuegan26 and liucheng05-136 showed weak drought resistance.
Field experiment was conducted to study the water absorption and the effects of different dose of water retaining agent for springplanted sugarcane in Hainan.The results showed that water retention agents amount 30.0 kg/hm2,37.5 kg/hm2,45.0 kg/hm2 could improve emergence ratio,tilling rate,productive tiller and the growth of sugarcane.The effect of 22.5 kg/hm2 water retention agents dose was similar with do not use water retention agents dose.The effect of 37.5 kg/hm2 water retention agents dose was similar with 45.0 kg/hm2 water retention agents dose.In economic terms,37.5 kg/hm2 water retention agents was the best dose for spring-planted sugarcane in Hainan.
