Toys age determination is an important part of toys safety standards. This paper introduces in detail the basic framework of the American toys age determination policy, including the classification of children’s age based on basic ability, game classification based on children’s play behavior and main characteristics of toys. On the premise of referring to China’s toy age determination standard, it is proposed that we should pay attention to citizens’ experience and feedback on toys, and enhance the guidance of toy characteristics on age determination,so as to help Chinese toy products go global.

随着信息技术及电子商务的快速发展,商品销售逐渐向线上消费转移,电商平台中用户的海量评论信息在挖掘产品可能存在的安全隐患及提出产品质量提升建议上具有极高的价值.本文使用自然语言处理技术挖掘电商评论信息中产品故障描述及用户情感行为分析,依此建立分级故障标签体系,通过故障提及率及评价数量等指标综合衡量目标产品及产业的质量安全状况,为产业的整体质量改进提供科学、全面的线索依据.

数字经济时代,商业环境的变化以及大数据技术的智能发展使消费者的购买方式越来越倾向于电子商务平台,电子商务平台作为连通消费者与生产者的纽带为公众带来便捷性的同时也产生了海量产品评价数据,本文基于电商平台产生的评价数据进行统计、标注、情感分析、构建产品质量标签体系,以此为线索形成电商产品安全大数据评价体系,为电商平台、企业及市场监管部门开展产品风险预判、提升产品质量、市场口碑调研提供判断依据.
