Two new species of free-living marine nematodes from Vostok Bay of the Sea of Japan from the family Linhomoeidae - Megadesmolaimus rhodinus sp.n. and Anticyathus plicibucca sp.n. are described. The head end cuticular ring of M.rhodinus sp.n. keeps the layering which may be interpreted as modified <<desintegration of cuticula>> according to Belogurov and Belogurova, 1975.
