Today, poultry farming is one of the most relevant branches of agriculture, as it provides products that meet consumer needs of buyers in terms of price and taste. In the conditions of the modern production process, the innovative developments of scientists are gaining increasing relevance and interest from the technological service of poultry enterprises. The most demanded are developments on the use of environmentally friendly, economically justified and effective solutions to improve the productive and reproductive qualities of poultry. At the same time, the hatchery is one of the key links in the young stock production chain and the further quantity and quality of the planting stock will depend on the efficiency of its work. The previously developed technology for the use of biostimulant solutions contributes to an increase in the number of hatched young poultry, which has been proven in previous studies. The purpose of this experiment is to determine the possibility of using meat obtained with the use of biostimulants in embryogenesis for the subsequent sale of the product on the counter for consumption without restrictions. The studies were carried out according to generally accepted methods, taking into account (TR CU 021/2011) for microbiological indicators "Ensuring the compliance of food products with safety requirements." As a result of determining the organoleptic, microbiological, chemical and histological parameters of meat in the control and experimental groups, it was established that it fully complies with the current regulatory documents and is a complete food product. On the basis of the foregoing, the safety of the resulting products was experimentally substantiated when using biological stimulants in turkey embryogenesis based on the results of the data obtained from the indicators of the veterinary and sanitary examination.
In modern Russia turkey breeding is developing at a significant rate. Turkey meat belongs to dietary products and is very popular among the population. The tasks of turkey breeding include, first of all, ensuring the safety of livestock, preventing feed stresses and reducing the level of microbial contamination. To create the required acidity in the digestive tract, in order to reduce the microbial contamination of feed and water, various feed additives are used based on organic acids or their salts with antimicrobial and probiotic properties, called acidifiers. The studies presented in the article were carried out according to generally accepted methods. As a result, it was found that the use of “Prodaktiv Acid SE” in growing turkeys in order to reduce the microbial contamination of feed and water contributes to an increase in the shelf life of meat and also improves the organoleptic characteristics of meat relatively to the control group.
Relevance. Currently, poultry farming is one of the stressful branches of agriculture, which is associated with a high intensity of both poultry growth and technological processes. In this regard, the urgent task of the industry is to optimize metabolic processes and prevent stress by introducing effective nutrients with high bioavailability into the diet.Material and methods. The studies were carried out in the conditions of a poultry enterprise in the Central region, as well as in the vivarium and at the department of parasitology and veterinary-sanitary examination of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Moscow State Medical Aviation and Biological Institute named after K.I. Scriabin on broilers of the cross "Cobb-500". All studies were conducted according to generally accepted methods.Results. The use of feed additives of the Prodaktiv line allowed improving the main production indicators of broiler chickens, such as meat productivity and safety, as well as a number of other indicators in all experiments.
Application of biologically active compositions, containing colamine, succinic acid, serine, and pyridoxine hydrochloride before hatching decreased hatchery waste and increased hatching rates by 2.65% and egg hatchability by 1.85%. The chicks of the experimental group exhibited a decrease in the intensity of lipid peroxidation, which indicated a greater resistance to stress. This conclusion is additionally based on an increase in the Krebs index by a factor of 1.74 (p < 0.01) and leukocyte intoxication index by 5.53% and a decrease in the lymphocyte-granulocyte index by a factor of 1.75 (p < 0.05) and leukocyte index by 1.67% (p < 0.05). The body length of the offspring of the experimental group was by 2.12% less and safety for 60 days of cultivation was 3% higher compared to the control.
Material for research served as the integrated fodder additive «Protamine standard». The feed additive «Protamilon standard » prevents a negative energy balance in cattle; increases blood glucose levels, contributing to an additional influx of amino acids; helps to optimize metabolic processes, as well as the replenishment of PSA and prevention of ketosis by stabilizing the sugarprotein ratio and energy balance; is an alternative to expensive energy products. Against the background of the use of bypass additives, an increase in the live weight of bulls was noted, which characterizes their development and improvement of reproductive abilities, which can be realized by using high-quality feed and analyzing and optimizing diets.
Industrial incubation of eggs accompanied by various stresses often leads to early embryon- ic death. For this reason, the ecologically safe methods to prevent negative stressful effects in embryogenesis are still important. The purpose of this work was to study the effect of natural metabolites on the histological structure of the Bursa fabricii and general resistance of chickens. Studies were performed on eggs of egg cross Shaver 2000 chickens ( Gallus gallus ) (Ptichnoe Enterprise, Moscow Province, 2011). 3-4 hours before the eggs were put into the incubator, their shells were treated with an aqueous solution of ethanolamine (colamine), succinic acid and serine (0.1; 0.1 and 0.2 %, re- spectively) using a spray gun, and on day 19 of incubation 0.1 % aqueous colamine solution was applied. The preparations were pre-dissolved in distilled water at 18-22 C. The untreated eggs serve as control. Each batch included 544 eggs. The recorded indicators were hatching rates, hatchability and incubation losses, also blood samples were collected to determine the content of immunoglobulins, lysozyme activity and bactericidal activity. Bursa fabricii was collected for histological analysis ( n = 5) from chickens aged one day. Transovarian treatment of eggs with a complex of biologically active substances containing ethanolamine, succinic acid and serine has positively influenced the viability of embryos and young hens due to leveling of oxidative stress reactions and stimulation of the central components of resistance, i.e. the immune response and non-specific defense of chicks aged one day. Ethanolamine turns into phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, and serine is metabo- lized into phosphatidylserine, which are able to neutralize the destruction of cell membranes inevita-bly arising under free-radical oxidation. Succinic acid, an energy substrate and an antihypoxant, contributes to prevention of the lack of energy (the lack of ATP) in the body, which occurs during critical periods of chick embryogenesis. Applied biologically active substances can optimize the em- bryo’s living conditions during incubation accompanied by technological stresses. The higher viability of chicks of the test group resulted in a decrease of all incubation loss categories with an increase in the chick hatching values and egg hatchability. The content of immunoglobulins responsible for the primary and secondary immune response also increased, which is a demonstration of the immuno- modulatory action of the composition used. Immunoglobulin E level remained unchanged, which indicates the absence of hypersensitivity reactions. Ethanolamine, succinic acid and serine also pro- moted the activation of non-specific defense factors, i.e. blood bactericidal activity and lysozyme, which increased in the test group of chicks too. We also revealed that the composition of biologically active substances positively influence the histoarchitecture of the bursal sac in chicks of the test group, which was confirmed by our histological data. In this, signs of physiological intracellular hy- perplasia, as well as the absence of involution processes in the organ have been noted. As the afteref-fect of the composition use, the viability of young chicks during the first 60 days of growing in- creased due to the reduction in mortality. Thus, ethanolamine, succinic acid and serine can prevent oxidative stress and also have a positive effect on general resistance in egg chicks.
ГИСТОЛОГО-БИОХИМИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ СОЧЕТАННОГО ВЛИЯНИЯ НЕКОТОРЫХ ЕСТЕСТВЕННЫХ МЕТАБОЛИТОВ НА ОБЩУЮ
The pre-incubation treatment of eggs of the Ross 308 cross-country with a composition consisting of colamine, succinic acid, serine and vitamin B6 had a positive effect on the incubation biocontrol parameters, antioxidant status and histogenesis of some internal organs of the poultry gastrointestinal tract. Thus, the output of chickens in the experimental batch exceeded the control by 2.47%, and the hatchability by 2.23%. The thermogenesis of chickens from the experimental group was also better; the temperature was significantly higher by 0.7-1.3 ° C (p <0.05, p <0.01) as compared with the control. The antioxidant properties of this composition contributed to a decrease in the ORH level by 2.5 times (p <0.05), (MDA) - by 1.3 times (p <0.05), with an increase in the peroxidase activity by 17.65%, SOD- 1.6 times (p <0.01), respectively, relative to the control. internal organs for histological examination were taken. The decrease in the anomalous intensity of free-radical reactions and, as a result of lipoperoxidation, had a positive effect on the histoarchitecture of the muscular and glandular stomachs. Thus, a tendency to an increase in the thickness of the mucous membrane of the muscular stomach by 16.6% was recorded, as well as its cuticle significantly 1.4 times (p <0.05), glandular - 1.2 times (p <0.01) relative to control. These data allow us to conclude that the study of the histological characteristics of the stomachs in chickens at the age of day is an important marker of their future adaptive capacity in postembryogenesis. The literature suggests that increasing the thickness of the glandular mucosa will contribute to better digestion of feed, the viability of intramural regulatory processes, intestinal microbiocenosis and other functions of the digestive system as a whole.
