Aim. To determine the frequency of structural damage to the pyramidal tract in the region of crus posterius capsulae internae in children with a birthweight of less than one and a half kilograms with perinatal hypoxic damage to the nervous system using the value of fractional anisotropy according to diffusion-tensor magnetic resonance imaging at 39 weeks of post-conceptual age (PCA).Materials and methods. The study included 68 children born with a very low birthweight and 59 children with an extremely low birthweight demonstrating brain structural changes at 39 weeks of postconceptual age according to neurosonography. At 39 weeks of postconceptual age, the children included in the study underwent diffuse tensor magnetic resonance imaging (DT MRI) with the determination of fractional anisotropy.Results. At 39 weeks of PCA, all children had impaired neurological status. During DT MRI, the area of interest was crus posterius capsulae internae. Significant differences in the nature of structural damage to the pyramidal tract in the area of interest between children born with a very low and extremely low birthweight were not observed.Conclusion. Damage to the pyramidal tract was observed in 22.0% of children born with an extremely low birthweight, and in 13.2% of children born with a very low birthweight; partial destruction of the pathways was noted in 47.5% and 45.6% of children, respectively. Intact pyramidal tracts were visualized in 30.5% of children born with an extremely low birthweight and 41.2% of children born with a very low birhtweight.
Aim. To study the allergic reactions in children with minimal brain dysfunctions and features their treatment. Materials and methods. Eighty two children with allergic reactions and minimal brain dysfunctions include on research. Results. The article presents data on the pathogenesis of allergic reactions in children with minimal brain dysfunction. The authors share their own experience with hydroxyzine having anxiolytic and antihistamine action in children with allergic reactions at the minimal brain dysfunction. Conclusion . Hydroxyzine has the high efficiency and safety for treatment allergic and neurotic symptoms in children.

The number of medical histories for 2011 was 169, and the number of medical histories for 2016 was 205. Results. There is an increase in the number of premature with surgical pathology. The number of premature infants increased with a gestation period of less than 28 weeks and decreased among children with a gestation period of 32-34 weeks. The percentage of deceased children with a gestation period of 32-37 weeks has significantly decreased. Decrease in lethality of premature with surgical pathology in 2 times. Conclusion. Results of this study confirmed effectiveness of the improvement of complex therapy of premature with surgical pathology.
The aim of this scientific work is detecting of neurological pathology among first grade students. We examined 2507 students (1414 male and 1093 female) in the age from 16 to 18 in the process of deep medical examination. We collected neurological complains, neurostatus, analyses of medical documentation. This data was statistically handled. Therefore 80% of students had neurological pathology. The most frequent cases were vegetative-vascular dystonia, vertebrogenic pathology and essential headache. The gained data means the very high level of neurological disease among students, which shows not only importance of rehabilitation activities, but modernization of preventive activities among adolescences.

Aim. To determine the clinical, morphological and microbiological efficacy of treatment of gastric ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori, using recombinant interleukin-2 "Roncoleukin" without antibiotics.Materials and methods. 108 patients suffering from HP-associated gastric ulcer disease were randomly divided into two groups. The I group of patients was cured with standard three or four component methods of therapy included proton pomp inhibitors and two antibiotics (usually Klaritromycin and Amoxicillin). Patients of the second group were treated with the same therapy, but instead of antibiotics they received 0,1 mg rIL-2 – Roncoleukin into four – six points submucously using gastroscope techniques and 0,4 mg was dissolved in 400 ml 0,9% NaCl and infused intravenously. This procedure was performed three times with the interval of 72 hours.Results. One month after the end of treatment it was found that in the group treated with rIL-2 the HP eradication achieved in 95,4% in comparison to 81,5% in control patients. In Roncoleukin treated group ulcer epithelization period was 10,79±0,46 days and in traditionally treated group – 35,23±1,58 days. In third month of monitoring in gastric mucosae bioptates of basic group patients in 93,5% there were no morphological inflammatory signs and in 81,4% of patients intestinal metaplasia disappiered. Conclusion. The proposed method of complex treatment of gastric ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori is clinically and pathogenetically justified.

A comparative study of adolescents at social risk and relatively affluent teenagers with the study and analysis of various risk factors for desadaptive behaviors, ranging of the risk factors desadaptive behavior among different groups of teenagers in the Krasnodar region, proposed a comprehensive approach to the correction of disadaptation among modern youth.
Respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) is a major cause of morbidity of newborns of high-risk in early neonatal period and largely determines the rate of infant mortality. The purpose of this research was the assessment of the NG system functioning character and the possibility of immunotherapy of their defects using Likopid based on clinical and immunological analysis of infants with RDS who are on artificial lung ventilation. It was found that infants with RDS on ALV, have significant changes in the functional activity of neutrophilic granulocytes, depending on gestational age and duration of ALV. Functional intubation of NG in the phase of reconvalescence of infants with RDS allowed to reveal a tendency to restoration of the studied parameters, more significant in the group of full-term infants. Preventive use of Likopid for infants with RDS since 2-3 days of life allows to eliminate defects of NG functioning in all clinical groups, and significantly reduce the frequency of pyoinflammatory complications progression (average 30%), improve the quality of care and reduce the risk of chronization process.
This article presents the current views on functional foods of infants. There is described a prebiotic effect of lactulose. There is also presented a microbial landscape of the colon of 20 children artificially fed, and 15 children who are breastfed. With prebiotic purpose to the children of the first group was prescribed lactulose. There is seen an improvement of clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of children who are bottle-fed. It is recommended as a prebiotic for children deprived of breast milk.
Одной из важнейших проблем современной перинатологии является прогрессирующий рост инфекционной патологии у плода и новорожденного. Целью данной работы являлась комплексная ультразвуковая оценка фето-плацентарной системы у беременных с высоким инфекционным индексом для прогнозирования степени тяжести внутриутробного инфицирования у новорожденного. Обследовано 123 беременных в сроке гестации 30-36 недель. В зависимости от тяжести состояния все новорожденные ретроспективно были разделены на 4 группы. В контрольную (1 группа) вошли новорожденные от матерей с неосложненной беременностью, состояние ребенка при рождении удовлетворительное. В основную (1 – 4 группы) вошли новорожденные от матерей с высоким инфекционным индексом, с локальными или генерализованными проявлениями внутриутробной инфекции. В результате проведенного исследования выявлены эхографические маркеры амнионита, плацентита и собственно инфекционного поражения плода, которое наиболее значимо для прогнозирования рождения ребенка с ВУИ. Патологические показатели биофизической активности, допплерометрия отражают системные нарушения в состоянии плода, его дисстресс. Таким образом, чем больше эхографических маркеров внутриутробного инфицирования встречается у плода, тем более вероятно рождение ребенка с признаками ВУИ.
The aim of the work is to conduct complex assessment of newborn infants conditions with prenatal infections in order to optimize perenatal period policy. All the newborn infants were divided into 4 groups: the first group comprised newborn infants with normal state born by mothers with incomplicated pregnancy. The infants born by mothers from high risk group with local and ceneralized manifestations of intrauterine infection were inluded in the main group (2-4). As a result of the conducted research it was found out that compromised obstetric gynecologic history, presence of chronic nidus of infection in woman's organism as well as genitourinary infections are determining factor of fetus and newborn infants prenatal infection. Infants suffering from prenatal infections have disorder in physical development and functions of different organism systems. It can be seen in neonatal period either infectional and somatic patology. Thus, complex fetus and newborn infants examination alone makes as possible to diagnose prenatal infection in time and it will contribute to policy optimization of perinatal period and improve the quality of medical care.

Active respiratory virus infection remain the most frequent diseases in out-patient practice, constituting 80% of all calls of pediatrists on the house. The estimation of clinical efficiency of a preparation of «umkalor» as a component of pathogenetic therapy has been conducted active respiratory virus infection at frequent and it is long ill children, and also frequency of episodes is evaluated active respiratory virus infection in katamnesis. Inclusion of «umkalor» in complex treatment active respiratory virus infection as a component of pathogenetic therapy allows to increase efficiency of treatment, to lower frequency of occurrence of complications and disease in katamnesis and, as consequence, has economic and social significance.
