The conducted research showed that mice of various genotypes possess different resistance to a sharp hypobaric hypoxia. On sensitivity to a sharp hypoxia studied genotypes can be divided into 3 categories conditionally: the low-steady – IOR/HabY, CC57WY, CBA/LacY, 101/HY; middle-steady – C3HAY, CBA/ JY and high-steady – A/SnY, B10CWY, C57BL/6Y, DBA/2Y. Distinction between highly and low-steady against a hypoxia are statistically reliable (p> 0,001). It is necessary to specify that inbred age thus has no impact on this sign. That fact testifies to it that the mice of the most highly inbred CBA/JY line who have passed 251 inbred generations, reached average position between low and high-steady genotypes. According to the received results, the studied sign possesses high variability both between animals of different lines, and between individuals in each line. High variability in sensitivity to a sharp hypoxia at animals of one genotype testifies to lack of selection on this sign. Distinctions between females and males in lines are doubtful. The exception was made by mice of the CBA/LacY line at whom males to a sharp hypoxia authentically surpassed females in sensitivity.
Behaviour of rats with different development of hair covers during encounters on occupied and neutral territory is analyzed in the article. Hairless males are considered to display exploratory behaviour less frequently. It may be a result of less movable type of higher nervous activity of them.

The article is devoted to the search pharmaceuticals, able to increase the organism resis-tance to hypoxia. On Wistar rats conducted trials of drugs peptide of origin and their combinations on hypobaric effect. It is experimentally established, all the studied drugs and their combinations were highly active, which manifested itself in the increase of organism resistance experimental rats to acute hypobaric hypoxia compared with control. Most active among the subjects of drugs Pept-9, Pept-10 and Pept-11, under the influence of which on the 21st day after the introduction of the life-time of the «height» in experimental animals has been extended more than in 3 times. Pept-10 and Pept-11 are not only maintained a high level of anti-hypoxia effect within 7 days after the termination of their introduction, but also exceeded the maximum rate, shown on the 21st day of research. Thus, the obtained data show that the investigational agents peptide of origin and their combinations are anti-hypoxia trials.
In article the possible reasons of the lowered body temperature and rather low level metabolism of hairless rats in comparison with rats with a normal hair coat and hybrid rats are analyzed. Possibly, at the given animals deprived of a hair coat, it is connected with necessity of decrease of heat losses that forces them to move less and more often to wash to be warmed. The specified facts do these animals attractive as models for any biomedical researches.
The positive therapeutic effect of the cultivated cells of a marrow on correction of pathogenetic violations of periodontosis at genetic mice of the BRSUNT line is studied.
Evaluated the effect of composition «MioActive-Sports» on morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood of laboratory rats. We show that this formulation does not cause abnormalities investigated parameters.
It is shown that the addition of composition MioActive-sports in the diet of rats has no effect on the hormonal status of the animals. Consequently, a substance included in the supplement, and their combination have no effect on hormones status and the functioning of the endocrine glands.
