A discriminant method was proposed for modeling and quantifying the consistency of regulatory mechanisms in the cardiovascular system (CVS) of apparently healthy volunteers and those suffering from circulatory disorders associated with cervical spine osteochondrosis (OCS) and somatoform autonomic dysfunction (SAD). The congruence of the parameters of ECG intervalometry (DCI) and pulse wave duration (PWD) according to the volunteers’ photoplethysmograms (PPG) was established by calculating the disparity measure and deviations from the mean values using the coeffi cients of displacement, slope of the approximating straight line, as well as by comparing the reliability and correlation of the trend model with the initial data. We discovered gross violations of congruence in the work of efferent and afferent regulatory CVS mechanisms, mismatch and decrease in comparison with the norm of DCI and PWD, a signifi cant decrease in their approximation in the SAD volunteers. In volunteers with OCS, deviations in DCI and PWD from their mean values are much lower than in those with SAD, being inferior compared to healthy volunteers. Similar to SAD, these patients are inferior to healthy volunteers in terms of the disparity measure.
The calculation algorithm of variability and size of current flow during micropolarizing impact on the set structures of a brain relying on earlier developed mathematical model of spreading of current in case of transcranial micropolarization for the stereotaxis coordinates is offered. The offered algorithm and mathematical model are developed taking into account the physical characteristics and methodical features of application of a method of micropolarization determining its efficiency for optimization of a functional condition of a brain is normal also in case of pathology.
The results of comparative analysis of physiological processes dynamics, which associated with animal and human different functional states, discussed in this article. Indices alteration of respiratory and cardiac activity in rest and electrosleep after physical activity in human and laboratory animals had similar tendencies and had been characterized with pattern likeness during changings one state on another one. The similarity between human and animal have allowed consider laboratory animals as valid model for approbation of initiation and modulation of functional states of nervous system techniques, including the low-frequency rhythmical electrical stimulation.
The main method of support of high level human efficiency in extreme condition was using pharmacological psychostimulating agents in practice of emergency and disaster medicine. As a result of high level stress effect as known probability of superfluous stimulatory action had lead to nervous system hyperactivation. Possibilities of reduction nervous system hyperactivation after physical activity and mental stress by transcranial electrocerebral rhythmical stimulation methods on the background of the stimulant action or without it modeling in laboratory rabbits discussed in this article. We had been shown on basis of heart and respiratory activity indices effectiveness of diagnostics of inhibitory effect on physiological system by the low-frequency rhythmical electrical subcortical brain stimulation. Respiration rate was more sensible to changes of animal functional status then heart rate. Duration of electrocerebral stimulation should increase by 5 min minimally subject to nervous system hyperactivation as compared with normal condition.
The article describes modern methods of production stimulating electrodes, here is given its description and analysis. The method of production stimulating electrodes is shown here. This method is developed on the basis of laboratory RSC "Kurchatov Institute".
The classification of functional status suggested in terms of the three-dimentional vector model of human functional states was described in the article. We had compared this classification with others experimental data and as a result of their relative analysis it was revealed that typical combination of diagnostic markers correspond to every functional state.
In the present article ways of initiation of functional conditions of the nervous system which classification is offered within three-dimensional vector model of functional states are considered. The description of these ways of initiation demands definition of steady functional states and possible transients between them. Such specification of elements of model allows to create the effective tools allowing not only to diagnose functional states, but also to modulate them by means of physical methods of impact on nervous system.
In this article have been discussing the algorithm of neuromodulation methods and creation toolmaking counterpart of the transactional analysis having used for ego-states alterations and the correction of individual script.
Article is devoted to studying of influence of a special product for sport nutrition “MioActivForsag” pharmaceutical on resistance of an organism of WAG/GY rats to a sharp hypobaric hypoxia. As a result of the conducted research it is established that “MioActivForsag” caused high resistance of experimental animals to a sharp hypobaric hypoxia which was expressed in essential extension of life at "height", having exceeded (several times) indicators of analogs from control group. Antihypoxant activity works at least 7 days after the termination of its introduction.
Studied influence of the preparation MioAktivForsazh on endurance and operability of an organism. In the father-in-law the kinezogidrodinamichesky model was used. The studied compounding has salutary effect, helps to cope easier with loadings and to reach more good results.
The content of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and zinc in tissues of laboratory animals at levels of food consumption, comprising 100, 120 and 140% of the daily requirement evaluated by atomic absorption spectrometry. It is found that excess food intake metalchelates for 28 days doesn't cause their significant accumulation in an organism. Suggested the existence of specific mechanisms for the accelerated elimination of some metalchelates (manganese, copper, zinc) at an elevated level of their income in the digestive tract.
