We studied the effect of infrared radiation (IR) course exposure on pathological changes in the tissues of C57BL/KsJYLeprdb/+ (db/db) mutant mice with type 2 diabetes mellitus using a LASMA ST device. This apparatus allows simultaneous non-invasive monitoring of blood and lymph microcirculation, as well as determining the activity of mitochondrial oxidative coenzymes in tissues before and after IR therapy. IR waves (690 nm) were found to have a positive therapeutic effect on the functional state of db/db mice. This included a rapid healing of skin wounds caused by maceration and prolonged normalization of oxidative metabolism parameters (NADH, FAD, POM) in body tissues. IR therapy has a cumulative effect, leading to a 2.3–2.5-fold increase in life expectancy and life quality, compared to the control group.

We present here results from model experiments with poikilotherm hydrobionts belonging to different taxonomic groups: crayfish (Pontatacus leptodactylus), fish, i.e., carp (Cyprinus carpio), and amphibians, i.e., axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum). Fatty dystrophy of the hepatopancreas in crayfish and pathology of the pancreas in carp were modeled by administration of alloxan at doses of 50 and 200 mg/kg, respectively. Crayfish received alloxan into the ventral sinus and fish were treated i.p. Liver pathology in fish was modeled by administration of seven doses of paracetamol 15 g/kg over 14 days. Parenteral administration (into the central sinus of crayfish, i.v. in fish, and i.p. in axolotls) of stem and progenitor cells from mammalian donors (mice) at a dose of 10·106 bone marrow cells (BMC) was found to have effects. Fish and crayfish with pathology displayed intensive tissue regeneration and restoration of damaged parenchymatous organs. Administration of stem cells accelerated the process of regeneration of amputated limbs in axolotls. These results extend the potential of medical-biological studies of in vivo models.
Scientific interest in respect of detection of evolutionary regularities, and also practical interest in the field of medicine represents studying of influence of a xenotransplantation of stem cells on reproductive function of recipients. As alternative biomodels for experiment invertebrate hydrobionts crawfishes as they are poikilothermic organisms with external fertilization were chosen, at them it is easier to track process of fertilization and development of germs and in ethical reasons. To sexual maturity crawfishes stem cells of marrow of donor mice in a dose of 8-10 million KKM were entered. It is revealed that introduction of stem cells to crawfishes initiates at them activation of reproductive function. Namely pairing, a caviar exit at females and its fertilization.
One of ways of restoration of parenchymatous bodies at violations of various genesis is transplantation stem cells. The purpose of the real researches was studying of regeneration of a liver thresh a carp with artificially caused pathology under the influence of stem cells of donor mice. Fatty dystrophy of a liver of a carp was caused by 7-fold introduction of per os paracetamol in a dose of 15 g/kg. Experiment showed survival of stem cells of mice of donors in a liver threshes a carp and successful regeneration of body. It was confirmed with detection of a gene of green protein and the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and also detection of the donor fluorescing cages in cryocuts of a liver thresh a carp and a hepatopancreas of crawfishes. Thus hydrobionts have an intensive regeneration of fabrics and a complete recovery of the struck bodies. Results of researches will allow expanding possibilities of transplantation of stem cells in development of medicobiological researches of in the vivo models in the field of cellular technologies.
The research presents the experimental simulation of type 1 diabetes in rats. The dose and method of introduction streptozotocine, and incomplete Freund's adjuvant for type 1 diabetes were proposed for animals that are not genetically predisposed to the development of autoimmune diseases.
Possibility of use the poycilotermes hydrobionts for carrying out model experiments is shown. Successful modeling of pathology of a liver and pancreas at carps, hepatopancreas crawfishes is carried out.
