The data of research show that frequency of conduction and repolarization disturbances among young people at the age of 20-23 years exceeds the specified earlier level. On the basis of the received data, it is two suggestion concerning pathogenesis of these disturbances: first of them is a total effect of a vegetative dysfunction and second hormonal imbalance to the electrophysiological processes of heart during the period of a genital formation.
The authors analyse effect of GPIIIA gene (PI a allele) polymorphism on the frequency of complicated coronary heart disease in patients with dyslipidemia and hypertensive disease. Specific features of ventricular repolarization (T-wave variability) in patients with acute coronary syndrome are described.
